I was introduced to Cellogica Day & Night Cream via Amazon and I am very disappointed, especially being charged for a product that did not live up to expectations. No where did I see in the introduction that I would be charged after fourteen days of accepting free trial. In fact their ad says 30 days free trial. I was told that all I needed to do was pay for shipping the items. To compound the issue, the customer service sucks as the only interest was to sell more products and not even consider the issue at hand. This is a rip off, as the products received are in such small quantities and not worth the price. I found out from my credit card company that Cellogica had charged full price $129.95 for the first trial offer that was advertised as $4.95. Then I received another box in the mail today with a charge of $133.90 I am furious that companies can get away with this false advertising. Many people do not have this kind of money to spend and a sample seems like a great thing for $4.95.
I bought the free trisl for shipping and handling $4.95 cannot get in touch with them to cancel.charged me immediately $129.95 a product that is not shipped and in my possession! It takes s month for the trial to run out and i havent decided if i want to use this or not!! But yet they have charged me

ON FEB 17TH 2016, I ORDERED OFF LINE THE CELLGIA PRODUCT FOR 4.95. I KNIDA FIGURED IT WAS INTRODUCTORY, BUT

CALLED TO ASK. BUT THERE WAS NO DISCLAIMER. ON FEB 27TH, 2016, MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED $129.95. I CALLED
THESE PEOLE IN CALIFORNIA, I WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE AND STILL REACHED NO UNDERSTANDING WHY THEY DID THIS.
ONE YOUNG MAN SAID THERE WAS A 14-DAY DISCLAIMER. I REPEATEDLY SAID, NO THERE WAS NOT, AND TOLD THEM,
SEND IT TO ME IF THERE IS ONE. PLEASE EMAIL IT TO ME. i WAS HUNG UP ON AGAIN. THEN I WENT ON LINE AGAIN AND
THERE WERE ALL THESE CLAIMES AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT.
ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK AND TO BLOCK THEM FROM TAKING ANYMORE, SINCE WE DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS.
