I have been a loyal customer to CEDARCIDE since the new man bought the company. They changed the formula so that it was no longer effective to kill roaches. It is not as powerful as the orginal owners spray so it takes more spray and longer to kill BED BUGS and other insects. Several times I had to send back individual bottles because the spray was so weak, or would not work at all. They told me each time that those bottles were flukes.
They came out with a new formula which is twice as much to do the same job as their orginal BEST YET formula. It is a trick to make you spend twice as much money if you are familiar with the ORIGINAL BEST YET formula.
Because I was a loyal client for over 7 years, I never complained or looked elsewhere because I thought they were the only game in town.
After 5 years of doing business with them, Fed Ex lost a huge order. Cedarcide accused me of lying when I told them the package never came to my address. They took FED EX's word until it was proven the driver took the package somewhere else, but would not tell where. Cedarcide refused to take my calls, refused to help me to expedite my claim with them or FED EX, and they told me they would not be sending out a replacement order until they got their money from FED EX.
It took over 2 months with no help from Cedarcide to get FED EX to honor my claim. They never apologized, or said one word to me one way the other. They even messed up the replacement order. I never said a word. My mistake.
On my last order they tried to cheat me out of my money and told me if I did not like it, I did not have to do business with them anymore. When I stated this was not right, and that I have been nothing but a loyal client for over 5 years, they told me they would no longer be doing business with me and hung up the phone.
They kept my last charge payment order and refused to send me my order. They have lied to my bank by telling them the check is in the mail, but it never comes. They rufused to charge the money back to my account. My bank allowed them to run this scam for well over a month of lies before they would intervene.
The new owners are NOT HONEST, RELIABLE, and the product is a DEFECTIVE watered down version which is iffy at best. I spent more time having to send back defective batchs which they should have never sent out in the first place.
The only bright spot is that I found the original owners Dr. Bens who are still in business with the orginal powerful formula. The best part which is a miracle is, they are cheaper! I would have never known this or even bothered to look elsewhere had CEDARCIDE not cut me off, stole my money and kept my merchandise.
In Sept, when we first noticed a Flea problem, we searched online and phone to find product for dog, cats, self and all indoor usage - furnishings, etc. We purchassed containers of CedarCide from Only Natural Pet, a good company, that sells supposedly quality products.
NOT CEDAR CIDE. No matter where we sprayed CedarCide on pets, self or furnishing the fleas cpntinued to thrive dancing around and continuing theor cruel biting thus causing all of us horrid itching.
We had a professional service in to treat yard and house and used cedar cide for pets and people as well as furnishings for daily control. NOPE, this product doesn't control, eliminate or destroy Fleas.
The spray containers DON'T even have instructions on nor ws there a separate instruction sheet of paper supplied.
