This was the most expensive remodel job I have done. I have done a few remodeling job before. Jorge Mendosa has many bait and switch method up this sleeve. Quote for one thing but always add-on saying "that was not included". Work done is sub-standard. Electrical work is very very bad. I had to hire professional electrician to redo his work. And yes it was re-work . Talk about rework. There was rework on outside paint jobm, Crawl space vapor barrier Oh his reason was "I can not get to the far side.." deck rework, What about plumber work. Lots of rework. What about dish washer installation with water leaks. Roof/Attic vents (5 of them) installed the wrong way. Had to get roofer to reinstall. I finally told him he is done (so he does not come to do any more work). The list go one... bottom line: he cost me at least 15K more of rework !!!!
