We had discussion for a month on our criteria and exchanged many email dialing in precisly what we were looking for and we quoted a price for 15,000 leads.
After we paid our money they cliamed they could not comply and were unwilling to refund the money we paid up front.
Prior to doing any business I had found other scam report on tis company or former one and directly aksed about ti and he gave me a long eplanation which turned out to be a lot of hot air.
They advertised that they can provide “Mortgage loan foreclosure accurate, reliable and comprehensive national Residential & Commercial property mortgage and consumer information”
I paid for 2 months for the Premium (5000 records/month) at a price of $102.00 / month

After paying for the data and requesting the data. I have been giving foreclosure and mortgage delinquent data information that is totally wrong or data that I did not requested. I did request data 10 times and every single time I requested data it was wrong.
I requested a refund and they also denied the refund.
Also, the employees in this company are rude. They will hang up on customers if you claim that the data they have is wrong. I have proven them again and again that what they have is totally made up data.
This is a scam company and people should be aware of this company
