I saw the ad on facebook. I was bored and signed up, did not expect them to contact me so fast from a 213#. So i picked up, not being inform that this call is recorded for quality and training purposes. No big deal, until i gave my credit card info to john hays, the rep. While all this was going on i was reading on here about casting360, i got suspicious and weary. He let me know i was being recorded, i freaked out. I told him why couldn't you let me know i was being recorded. Now i have a reason to cancel my transaction with them, giving them a hard time on purpose to see the scammers come out of them. John remained professional but could not answer my question on recorded calls, o ask him more about membership fee, first he told me there is that one time $1.98.

Asked him again is there any other fee i should know about Info provided on this website help me ask my question) he told me only the one time portfolio fee. Now i am getting upset because he did not answer my question. So i played along still, then he give me more info on the training video which i had to pay for Did not tell me tat when i asked him any more fees i should know about), then he tell me about my 14days and cancel after that or pay $3x.Xx a month to keep it going. I told him i changed my mind and want to cancel. He told me he cant transfer my call to customer service, he gave me the number. At this point i am fed up, with them doing the run around. I asked to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor came on, we talked told her my problems, she explain to me all company record their phone calls for quality and training blah blah.

I told yes i know that, but did you guy informed me that this conversation was being recorded when you first call me? She failed to provide a solid answer and gave me an explanation on how company all use the recording for quality blah blah. I told her "no you did not answer my question, did at any time you let me know before i gave you my credit card information that i was being recorded." she decide to change topic, that made me upset, i interrupted her, got rude, doing the most to get her lose her cool. Which she did. Once she did i asked for her name. She only gave me her first. I ask for her last, she said i don't need it! now i am going all out using "18 u.S.C. 2511(2)D)" she got rude telling me i m rude for not letting her talk. I told her she not professional, because she did not answer my concern.

She then ask how she gave me the information. I told her no you did not answer my question, "did at any time you let me know when you called before i press one that you were recording me. She took a while gave some b.S then i asked again firmly did you..? She finally said "no" in a shameful way. I told her that was illegal, now i want to cancel, she go on about explaining to me about recorded phone calls was normal. And she belittled me. So i told her i am going to sue if they did not give me my money back.

Casting 360 fraudulently debited my bank account. $44.90 was stolen from my account. I called the compan. I was told I did not have an account with their company. I was asked for an invoice then transaction number which I provided from the email message I received. Then the individual asked for my 16 digit card number. I refused stating they have the information because my account has been debited. At that point I informed the individual to find the information and a supervisor. Well, i was given an apology and some jargon. I said ok I am reporting you to my bank as a fraudulent organization and the bank will investigate you. All I ask for was my money to be replaced, and a supervisor. After 45 min. I was given an apology and told the information was erroneously entered and the money would be returned to my account in 24 to 48 hrs. Well I called my bank and reported fraudulent activity on my account provided company name, phone, email and fax number. At this point the money taken becomes the banks concern, due to the account being compromised. Casting 360 is a company that tries to take advantage of people. As a disabled veteran I am saddened by the way I was spoken to and find their apologies insulting. At this point Casting 360 will deal with the bank they robbed.

I called to cancel my membership but when i went to do so the gentleman just started reading his Script and when I went to interupt him he ignored me and would not listen to my request! I had to stop him several times before finally I had his attention. I had explained my cause to him but he continued to read his script and at this point he was very non responsive so I had requested to talk to his supervisor! Long story short, he told me that they will charge another $44.95 plus the so called $1.98 subscription fee!
