Through my business I made an agreement with the owner of Case Vision, Edward Kawa, for one pair of glasses for me and one for my teenage son. I received my glasses and later when I went back with my son this woman, not the owner, told me she would not honor our agreement. This is after I performed my part of the agreement. Very embarrassing to me in front of my son. Her name was Sandy and she was nasty to both of us. A month later my $750 glasses broke through no fault of my own. When I went there Sandy told me there was no more warranty on them. I had them about 9 months .In my opinion you should not go to Case Vision on Warrensville Center Road, Ohio.
