Claudia Hernandez and Cargo Monterrey took on a job to ship 5 crates from Monterrey Mexico to the Georgia USA. We received a contract / price list of the services and rates. We agreed and paid her the funds. She delivered to of the 5 crates as promised and then the problems started. Claudia kept sayin the customs paperwork would not work, then of the boxes were on the way. All we heard were delays and excuses. One day it would be the boxes are on the truck, the next we heard they are in Texas in another facility. All along two of the crates never left Mexico. She never provided us with tracking numbers or paperwork. One crate she went as far as providing us with a fake tracking number from the company she supposedly hired to ship the crates from Texas to Georgia. When we called the company they informed us that they had no such number. After weeks of constant calling and getting no answers she finally sent us a picture of the crate ( which they open without our consent, yes they opened our sealed crate of avionics without asking or receiving permission. She promised to ship fedex that day. Well again she shipped another way not what she promised after we agreed for her to ship the one crate FEDEX and she took several days to produce the tracking number. While all of this was going on we still had two crates sitting on Monterrey for over 30 DAYS. We were forced to hire another company which picked up the remaining two crates and shipped them to us in a matter of days.
Claudia agreed to pay back $ 3,900,00 ( in a Money Order ) of the shipping costs in the middle of February since she could not complete her job. We asked the money to be wired to us, but she never answered. We then asked her to send the the money via FEDEX on our account number. She agreed but never sent the Money order to us FEDEX. She claims one of her employees mailed in regular USPS instead. To this date we have not received payment and we have asked several time for proof she purchased these money orders and sent them to us. She has responded that she does not have to provide our companies with any proof she purchased these money orders, claiming only that they were sent and she does not control how long it takes to be delivered.
To date this company owes us a refund of $ 3,900.00 which has not been received. Claudia makes a lot of false statements and promises but fails to deliver. Claudia has basically stopped answering us and will not take our calls.
