I put in my 30 day notice on June 1st, 2016. I departed on Jun 30, 2016. I got charged for 1st week rent in July which was taken out of my deposit. Beware. This company is not honest. They also charged me for damages which there was none. The also charged me for cleaning, of which this place was spotless.

I would not recommend the property to no one.
