I paid for 2 lids which were separate and 2 Yeti Ramblers total cost was 79.96. I received my lids in January 2017, but still to this day have not received my ramblers. I have emailed this company, there is not a telephone number to call, I have my bank statement of when they were paid. No one has attempted to contact me about my tumblers. This is not good business. I paid for the goods and would like them delivered or a total refund for waiting for 7 months. Those were a gift. I will not ever use this company again for anything ever.
When I accessed your website, I came on everyone complaining about the same problem I had. Ordered Yeti cup 12/15/16 - cannot reach customer service on phone; abbsolutely no response to emails. Received two extra tops ordered about 6 wks later, which are really useful with no cup! Total scam artist - serves me right for ordering off a facebook ad, and puts any legitimate advertizers on facebook in a bad light.
On 12/22/16 I placed and order for a Yeti cup, lid, straws and holder. I received all pieces except the cup, which of course is most expensive of the items. I have contacted them twice since and never received my glass, even thought I was promised they had just gotten a shipment in and it would be on it's way this week. Now when I try to go online, the name campingandfishing.com is open for use as a new domaine name. So I can't even get an answer any longer.
