I gave a deposit over the phone for a motorhome. This would have been my 3rd motorhome so I know what to ask and what to look for. Ed said many times my deposit would be refund upon my inspection. Ed also said the shop has not even looked at it yet because it just came in. There is no one in the world that anyone would agree to give a nonrefundable deposit on a few pictures. I flew myself wife and kids to Florida one way to get this motorhome.
We traveled 1200 miles and planned a 10 day trip with the motorhome all the way back home. We walked in Camper Depot and said nice to meet you Ed. Ed told us we can go look but we can’t drive Intel we finish the paper work. Once we seen it we knew we were lied too. We found the motorhome was not what Ed said it was. We could put are fingers in the rotten walls. The right side there was big bubble in the fiberglass from water damage. One of my first questions I was is there any water damage and Ed answer no never!!
It hurts that a person would let a family fly that 1200 miles knowing he flat out lied to us. My kids are 8 and 9 and they had to witness someone taking advantage of us like that. When we sat down with Ed and said give us are deposit back he had us put in writing we would like it back and he would send it in right now. Ed also had the balls to ask how much would I give for the motorhome in the shape it was in, I said I would give nothing for it. I have trying get the owners name and there billing department, but Ed will not give that information out. All Ed will say is it’s out of his hands and corporate takes care of all the billing. I can’t wait to hear who corporate is!

This morning Edwin J. Wright called me to tell me we had been denied, I said to him okay so when will I get my $3000 deposit back and he said you're, because you canceled, when in fact I didn't. I was denied and there was nothing else I could do, I've also spend $700 on isuneace for no reason since we haven't gotten the rv.
