Promised to help homeowners in distress or in foreclosure to take back their homes, thru a program that never materialize or didnt even exist. Scammer, sweet talker, beware of his sad stories of sick child that requires 24/7 assistance and reason he cannot meet you in person, but somehow strong assurance that his system wil work and just deposit the amount in his account. Just totally kills your trust to mankind. he is probably formed a new company just doing the same thing over again to helpless and trusting homeowners like me. I will continue to pursue with the help of authorities to try and find this guy. Not for the money but to stop him scamming more people.
