I had paid $600 to join the agency. This included the yearly fee as well as a "portfolio" consisting of:
Photos
- A photoshoot with two outfit changes
- 200 Images
- 1 DVD of the shoot
- 20 8x10 prints
Audio Recording
- one session in the studio for a voice-voer
- CD master included
- Engineering included
- Mixing and mastering included
This is what I received:
- 1 photoshoot (the worst quality and technique I have seen so far) with only 1 wardrobe option and out of this were 5 digital edited files that were emailed to me.
I did not receive any hardcopy prints or even a studio recording of voice-overs. I had tried to follow-up on many occasions with David (the owner, agent, photographer) and emails were ignored. I met him in person and he would promise to give it to me and that it will be ready soon. This never happened.
I had lost all the money I paid and got nothing out of it. There were no auditions, jobs, opportunities whatsoever.
