I went through Premier school in cedar hill tx and graduated course then placed in a truck # 53113 and was sexually harrased my butt slapped and told if i was to stay on the truck one more week he would have been tapping it in the back. Trainer also told me he had slept with previous 2 female students as well as showed me nude photos of them.

I reported this to england and never even got a respose back from them. I then go onto another truck with abother trainer whom seemed nice only to find out after i get off the truck to handle a personal issue that he was only being nice as he stated " he fell for me " what the heck is wrong with this company!?

I now owe a loan for almost 10,000 and dont wanna get back onto one of their trucks yet dont know which direction to go now! I love driving and traveling however it seems as though if you are a female these trainers expect other terms than needed or required to be able to get complete training....unexceptable in my book.

My wife, Wendy works as a driver for CR England. While in Texas, she slipped off her step getting out of her tractor. She hit her head on the pavement and had to be hospitalized in December. She had bleeding on her brain and had to be transferef to another hospital. After days in the hospital she was released to go home, but not back to work. CR England sent an employee to pick up her property and was supposed to put it in storage at a Texas facility. He decided to keep everything. They sent her his telephone number, but he wouldn't answer it. The company promised to look into it with no response. They wouldnt even get her home, we had to borrow money so she could get a flight home. She has asked hr, her driver manager and many others about our property that wad stolen and compensation for flight home. She did everything right.

Wendy returned to work as soon as she could, didnt try to scam or hire an attorney. She has never had a moving violation or accident involving driving. She was promised action with her claim over our theft, but never got it. Nobody will return calls as promised or do anything after countless attempts. Workers compensation says they dont cover property loss or travel. CR Englang just continually ignores her or tells her to contact someone else that does not help. On side note, she doesnt get home time she was promised nor the pay. She repeatedly gets shorted for down time and lied to concerning pay. She still works for them and works very hard. What they do to their employees is not right, particularly since drivers are in demand. They are thieves, liars and slave drivers.

In 2015 I applied for a company called C R England trucking and passed the interview for the schooling program they had in Richmond, IN. I went there and did very well at the school and passed the test for getting my class CDL-A license within 2 weeks of arriving at the school. This test included a written test and a driving test, which I passed both. They then gave me my CDL-A and I went out with a driving instructor from the company and that is when the problems really began.I was promised dedicated route which would have had me home every few weeks, but stated I would never be out for more than a month. When I requested to go home for a few days to see my family, they completely refused the idea. During the time that I was gone, I missed my 9 month old son's first steps, first tooth and I could not be there for my wife when she was forced had to uproot and move back in with her parents. They switched me to over the road training without permission and I was away from home for 2 months. During my training with the company I had 2 different driving trainers.

The first trainer was very discriminative towards my age and if I would make even the slightest mistake he would berate and belittle me for an unknown amount of time. He made me stay up with him when he would take over driving and expect me to drive when he slept. During this period I would be lucky to get 3 hours of sleep each night during our layover time. When I tried to confront him on his behavior towards me his exact response was "That's the problem with your generation, you all think the world owes you something" All I was trying to request was some human respect that any person would want. When I chose to leave his truck because of this, he insisted that I would be fired for stopping the truck and tried to blackmail me into going back with him stating that if I got off the truck then I would never get back on a truck with any company again and that he would make sure of that.

I left and called my hr office to explain the situation and to request a new trainer. I waited for 3-4 days before my next trainer arrived and he was on a dedicated route but it was from California to Texas. He slept the entire time I was driving and was never paying when he was awake, but still insisted that I was a terrible driver. He kept insisting that the company would not keep me but would not try and teach me by correcting what I was doing wrong. This trainer could go see their family every week and then I was expected to stay in the truck during that time. When I tried to look into being trained closer to home so I could see my family during these layover periods I was met with a flat "not gonna happen." When he was training me, he was paid for every mile that I drove and he was planning on keeping that easy money. Also both trainers were constantly playing on their phones while driving which is extremely dangerous .

Now after that the second trainer refused to allow me to take the test to keep me on the truck longer. I had to call the hr department to be request the chance to take the test into the company, which is supposed to have the same test requirements as their school. My pay would be getting changed from $9 per hour to $.012 per mile. However the test proctor completely falsified the test. He claimed I made right turn from incorrect lanes. Which the only way this would have been possible is if we went onto the highway, which we did not. If I had done this on a highway as he insisted that I had I would have smashed the trailer onto the guard rail from his description of test results. According to him I was not checking my mirrors as well as that I was shifting improperly. He then insisted that I was worse driver than when I started.

After that test the company let me go and expected me to find my way own way home. I was stuck in California with no way to Ohio and had hardly any money on me. I had to contact the highest member of management within the company just to get a bus ticket home. After I returned home because of my treatment with this company I was diagnosed with sever Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and am still currently taking medication to help keep myself functional. Within a month of being back home the harassing calls began demanding that I pay back the 7k immediately. My original contract stated that if I passed the test I would be hired on with reduced pay to pay back the school fees with a contract. They refused to give me a copy of the contract and when I was contacted they insisted that I would have to pay it out of pocket if I was dismissed. The contract I signed stated that if I was dismissed from the company then I would not have to pay this money back.

Because of my medical condition I had difficulty finding a new job and they began calling and harassing my wife about the money as well. We did pay them a few payments of $100 which they would call back within 2 weeks expecting us to pay atleast $100 to the full amount more. Most of these agreed payments my wife had spoken to them and explicitly told them that she would call them back in about a month to make the next payment because at the time we could not afford their expected payment plan. They would constantly call and change what was previously stated claiming they had record of us calling when we had not called during the time frame they claimed.

I no for a fact these reports on c r england is true. If you come there with your cdl and have experience but been out the seat a while, they say they have a refreshment coarse for you no contract. They place students to train student which has no experience training no one but they do it for the money and c r england just want to keep them trucks moving until something tragedy happen. It is true they care nothing about their drivers they can not seem to keep the good ones they leave because of mistreatment and never allowing people to go home sometimes to take care their personal business as if all you meant to do is drive only. Im sorry so many people have gotten hurt and they will try to hurt your cdl out of spite. But what you sow you reap.

I began with cr england in February 2016. I had a recruiter contact me with details regarding Premier truck driving school in Cedar Hill Texas as well as my future with CR England. The offer sounded solid and quite reasonable. The actual experience was horrific. The student hotel in waxahachie texas was filthy rundown and staffed with cr england employees. Transportation from the hotel to the school was done in an overcrowded bus. First day at the school involved coercion regarding paperwork, confusion, and physical and medical services rating on a scale of laughable. Your education consists of doing what you can do to get out of the ******** you are in. They attempt to control your every movement while giving you a false sense of accomplishment. You take your written cdl test on your own dime but the company states they own your license based on a contract you Must sign without reading or receiving a copy of on the first day. You are then trained to operate a 80000 pound vehicle with 3 hours of actual driving time. You then graduate and enter a system designed to squeeze every moment from you with extremely poor pay scales. After your initial 30 days training you have to force the company by planned absence to get home. Once you achieve the second level home time and pay becomes absent. I spent 3 weeks on the road. Made 300 dollars total. Spent more on my basic needs, food. Lost my personal vehicle. Spent 9 days of the 3 weeks broken down left the company on my own dime. Had to borrow money to get home. This company is absolutely horrible. Run like **** from them.

My husband went into training for his CDL April 1st 2016 class started the 4th. He did great with his courses and pass his cdl test in the first shot on the 12th. After he passed he had to attend orentation and sign his contracts, after this he ended up sitting until the 19th of April when a trainer finally became available to take him and his teammate for their 180 hours or driving.

The trainer did not care so much, he slept most of the time while my husband and his team mate drove and mind you they are not allowed to drive from 1am to 4 am. The trainer did not wake them up when it was time to drive again when it was time for the trainer to take over he only drove for an hour and said he was tired and stopped. The trainer ended up getting stuck between a fence and a gate to provide my husband was wrong when my husband told him he would not be able to fit the rig and trailer into a certain spot. The trainer made them late for a few drop off and pickups. The trainer also picked up a pickup that had a claim on it took it to one place and ended up having to take it back to where they orginally picked it up. Then go back to where they had to be. The trainer then had to go to salt lake city to get his dot physical dropped my husband and his team mate off in new mexico where they have been sitting almost a week.

They have called the trainer both of his phones keep going to voicemail and nobody from CR England is getting into touch with them. Run from this company. Now they are probably gonna have to pay back for the schooling which is over 7000 dollars for something that they are suppose to be doing and they aren't because of no communication from the trainer or cr england. While my husband and teammate is calling them with no anwser or call backs. We have six kids that was depending on this posiiton and this is crap.

I sign a contract with Cr England to drive for them, and everything they told me to get me in the door was a lie. I was told that I would have a route of of michigan when I was done with training, when I was done they said they didn't have any routes from michigan. Next I was told whenever my trainer went home for home time so would I, found out they only send you home if you are within 100 miles from your home, and since he was in Idaho and I was in michigan I spent 9 days sitting in Idaho. I never made the money they said I would make. It's been a month since I upgrade and they haven't put me on a route, my contact people won't call me back so I've been sitting not doing anything

Education was extremely poor. Given a package with questions and we had to find the answers in the driver's manual. Next day, the instructor called off the correct letter for each question. Most questions were answered by "see me after class". Each day and several times a day was informed about making $100,000. by leasing a truck. What was so amazing is that the questions were EXACTLY as they appeared on the state test.

The driving training was extremely limited and consisted of a particular route. The route was exactly what the state examiner gave me.

Put in a trainer's truck with another student driver. I had my CDL in the past and experience driving, but the other student did not. While I was sleeping, we had a roll over fault. She took a curve too fast. While I was driving, the trainer slept in the front seat.

The trainer used the N word and I was ready to snuff him. I called my brother crying and he called the company. The trainer admitted he was using the N word. I was returned to the terminal. I said I did not want to be in a truck with another trainee. Four days later, they find me a new trainer with the same student driver...So I quit

I told them I wanted a refresher course and I find out I was charged the same fee as new driver.

I was verbally abused, could have lost my life and was over charged. C R England then sent Eagles to try to collect their money. If I had millions, I would not give them one cent.

Please explain to me how someone who agrees to lease require less training than a company driver. Also, why is the standard for becoming a trainer reduced, when you lease.
