This company is a machine to get your credit card information and exploit your bank account/credit card!!! Let me explain, I DID order online and believed that they would be honest and charge only $4.95 shipping costs in a sample free trial. FRAUD. I read all the trerms and conditions prior to the order.
Within 5 minutes of submitting the order (and I already received the confirmation order # online) I received a phone call from their so called "Customer service" asking for my credit card number a second time "over the phone". It was an aggressive approach, I questioned it....and declined to give them my credit card information over the phone. In addition, I stated that if there is any further charges in addition to the $4.95 that I already risked....I will be watching my credit card account closely and would dispute any such charges. (They assured me their would be no more charges).
In addition, I requested a termination of the "trial order" over the phone because of that phone call from Megadrox (I think). I was VERY suspicious of their activitiy. I did receive their so-called trial product within 1 week thereafter. I thought "Oh well" I will only be charged $4.95 only as they assured me on the phone call that they made to me.
LOW AND BEHOLD....exactly 21 days later....BINGO.....a $69.95 charge to these companies appears on my credit card. I immediately called this companys customer service # at 888-224-8821. They instructed me to return the trial product (which I did that same day) with a return of merchadise cancellation number written on the box.
I then disputed the charge with my credit card company, which my credit card company honored. These SCAMMERS then proceeded with a counter claim on my credit card as being valid....and are continuing to attempt to scam me out of $69.95
I am NOW having to send all the email documentations, confirmations, receipts of returning the product, confirmation of cancellations, etc. to my credit card company to counter.... their counter claim....WHICH I WILL.
THIS IS...a draconious fraudulent company....working the system....just above the line....to retain your credit card information and fight you tooth and nail to secure their FRAUDULENT means of doing business!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
