These scumbags convinced me to pay them in Bitcoin, and I should have went with my gut but desperate to help my wife who has stage IV pancreas cancer. After sending payment, they seemed to disappear and kept promising me that my order would arrive. They managed to stall me for 3 weeks until I realized this was a complete SCAM. No more email responses, no way to reach a live person.

He sent me 6 - 5cc syringes - as soon as i tried it I KNEW it was not as described and had no effect on me whatsoever. suppose to help sleep, pain, feeling restful, while helping to cure at the same time. I have all his emails. Many before I bought it.
Just one response when i emailed him I wanted to return it. that its doing nothing. that the trail on neurodiseases uses high THC as the active ingredient. HIS OIL RSO - CLAIMS TO CURE CANCER ON THE SITE. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SICK PEOPLE.
HE signed his name in one email as Andrew - tsars llc is the paypal name listed when you pay. his paypal address is paid to tsars llc and his email listed on paypal is: [email protected]

The product I received is useless. I also had some in Uruguay that was used by cancer patients and was strong.. only need a rice size piece. It gave a feeling of relaxzation and well being. Beware - once you get the product and find out it's not good.. and contact [email protected] to explain it's not working and you want to return the unopened 5 - 5 gram syringes.
he replied only 'that he was sorry to hear this & not to worry it is working. he only responded once saying above. I emailed him that i know you can make a bad batch sometimes, like on the site, it states not to heat too much or it will be destroyed. THIS SEEMS LIKE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED.

(he gave me a discount - he said - but i didn't get the product that would cure or even help sleep - i have bought other with cbd containing .3 online from Summit cbd (gummies and tincture - full spectrum and i could feel that. relaxation. helped with anxiety but I thought i would get the 'real deal' of THC oil as my conditions warrented (according to a trial going on)... he knew it, he would not even acknowledge me after his one reply - that it would work.
It won't work though unless it's 90% THC according to the site he is on. so. while he claims 90% needed for serious healing. i can post his emails later. The Real Rick Simpson lives in Canada... this was shipped by a company in US. California. He should not be allowed to sell Ricks product. linda
