Con artist who I later find out is Robert Palano and has been to jail many times due to real estate fraud, scams, and felonies. Google and see the long criminal record he has. Promised house was worth a certain amount. Said it was a great buy and promised me a certain return. Later found out he got the real owner to sign over some weird, probably illegal, deed transfer to him. Repairs were done substandard not what he said.
Had to sign his version of a contract not the state approved real estate one. Was always very nice and pleasant but always in a rush and had to get contract signed quickly. I should have seen the signs. Lost thousands. Only after getting dissatisfied googled him and found out he has been doing this scam to multiple people all over.
Different businesses and different addresses for each one. Now there is a website about him of many saying all the scams he has done. Wish there was some alert out on him or that he wasnt allowed to do what he is doing. Although nothing will probably stop someone who has been doing and getting convicted of frauds for over 30 years.
