And when I asked her for a cup of my soda that I purchased with my meal. She went ballistic on me. I believe she was on some type of drugs. And she started threatening me and told me not to ever come back to the store. So Burger King lost a long time 50 plus year. Customer, because of this clerk at your restaurant who is nasty and has no business manners and disrespect customers that are spending a fortune for a hamburger thanks to the Democrats (under Donald Trump). A hamburger meal used to be $3.49 Now it's $14.95. And the clerk said at Burger King you do not get it your way; you get it the way we decide to give it to you. At Burger King nobody listens to what you are asking for in your order and give you whatever they choose to give you. And they miss half the items that you paid for. I will never return to Burger King because their Staff uses Profanity at you when you try to correct their mistakes in which is a lot, nothing in the past month has been correct with my orders an I have a large family. Burger King should not be in business the way they disrespect you of your hard earned money that pays their salary and keeps them in Business. The receipt should show the Discruntled workers who checked me out.

We ordered may 26. We never received our food. I contacted support that night and was denied a refund because the order status was marked as delivered. I explained to them that I'm currently homeless staying at a motel with 100+ other rooms and that food could have been delivered to anyone. And that I definitely couldn't afford to pay for food I didn't eat. I continued to email them everyday for the next week and I was told the first couple times they would look into and then never got back to me. Eventually they stopped responding at all. I have no idea why a nationwide company would treat their customers like this

2 rodeo king burgers were prepared incorrectly. Bun, meat, cheese, barbecue sauce. That was it. Undercooked whopper, when expressly asked for well done, under cooked french fries when again asked for well done. Un readable receipt. Incomprehensible personnel on speaker and at window.

For this kind of money Whataburger at least cares about their food. Their personnel are friendly, and speak in a manner which is comprehensible. BK was a horrible mistake. It used to be good.

I went to Burger King #5160 at 12:09 pm on October 21st. I purchased two combo meals and upsized the drinks. They didn't tell me until after I ordered that the drink machines were down because they had no water so I would have to drink tea. I was fine with tea but that was empty too. Only beverages they had were the slush drinks and I asked the assistant manager Angel if I could trade my to unavailable upside drinks for one of those and he said no. I then asked for a refund on the drinks and he said no. I then asked if I could at least have the upsize fee back or a raincheck for the drinks and he said no again.

I said what did he expect me to do since it's hard to eat a meal without a beverage he just smirked and said not my problem. I sat there for a bit to see if the drinks would start working again but they didn't. They went on to do this to many customers and when they asked for refunds the assistant manager Angel said no.

They could have at least put a sign on the door about the drinks or told you when you went to place your order but they didn't. On my way out a customer was loudly complaining about it and Angel told him to get the F out of his store and never go to any Burger King again.

I called Customer Service but don't think they took my complaint seriously since in their words "It's just a drink". I take that to mean they are okay with ripping you off and just smirking and saying "Not my problem".

On jun 2, 2018 at around 6:30 p.M. I had ordered the 2/$6 deal and a 10-piece spicy nugget. When i received my order i noticed i was missing my nuggets. I informed the burger king employee. She apologized and fixed my order of nuggets. It wasn't until later that night i realized when she had given my change i was only given the coin change. I wasn't given the dollars. I had initially taken out a $5 bill and when i decided to add the nuggets to the order, i ended up using a $20 instead of the $5 and quarters i had. So, when i put the $5 back in my wallet it had slipped my mind to not get the additional money owed to me. There are times when folks just have lots on their mind.

The following morning i went into burger king and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what had happened. She asked if i had a receipt. I told her i didn't have a receipt as the burger king employee didn't give me one. She said she needed a receipt to be able to do anything. I found this rather absurd. There are a few things that could have been done. Firstly, check to see if the employee's till for the previous night was over. The next option is surveillance footage. She was adamant about needing a receipt. She said there was nothing she could do and that i'd have to come back the next day to speak with the main manager as she would have to look at surveillance. I was rather pissed to say the least. Firstly, she had a don't give a crap attitude. The attitude of a person that seemed like she didn't even want to be at her job. Not once did she ever apologize for what had happened or show the least bit of concern for me being shortchanged $11. Completely lack of professionalism, especially for someone that's a manager.

I came back the next day. I explained to the employee that i needed to speak with the main manager. She asked why. I explained the basics of the situation. I already knew this wasn't going to go well given that the main manager had a similar attitude as if she didn't even want to be there. I found this quite peculiar given that she was the main manager for this location. I explained to her what happened. She said there was nothing she could do. I commented about surveillance footage. She said she still couldn't do anything. Her bogus excuse was that i would have had to come back that night the incident happened. Even coming back the very next day she couldn't do anything as she wouldn't have access to surveillance footage. Hold up! you mean to tell me the main manager of a burger king location doesn't have access to surveillance footage a mere 12 to 14 hours after an incident happens? I said a few choice and profane words as i left. This was completely ridiculous. Two manager with a don't give a crap attitude. The main manager making up bogus excuses about surveillance footage access. It seemed to me like she just didn't give a crap about what happened to me and wasn't going to lift a finger to do anything about her burger king ripping me off. Another example of the main manager's don't give a crap attitude was when she said there was nothing she could do she went to swiftly turn away from me to walk off. Seriously?! nothing says "i don't give a d**n!" like talking to a customer in a don't give a d**n tone of voice and then walking away to dismiss them.

I have been in contact with charles colbert, district manager for the local burger king location. I can see why these mangers have a don't give a crap attitude. His attitude is about the same. I've typed up a separate yscam about my encounter with him and how he busted out laughing when i told him i was going to take burger king to court. Folks, this is the type of attitude you can expect from burger king. I've notified corporate office about charles colbert's unprofessional attitude and am waiting for their response. Given that i've dealt with three managers and none of them showed any remorse for treating me like crap and all i've gone through, i have no faith in corporate being any different. These three managers need to be fired. If you're going to treat a customer like crap and then bust out laughing at a customer when they say they're taking the matter to court then you don't need to be employed with this company. Such lack of professionalism has a very negative impact on the image of a company. What amazes me is how a manager at the level of district manager is so unprofessional.

Charles colbert is the district manager for the area that contains the burger king i originally had a complaint about The location is the address for this report). I was shorted by $11 when change was given to me for a $20. The incident in question happened on saturday, june 2, 2018. I had called the customer service number after a manager on june 3 and the main manager on june 4 had a don't give a crap attitude and were dismissive of my issues. Not once did either manager apologize. I don't even recall charles colbert apologizing either. On june 4, 2018 i received a call from charles colbert. He seemed rather dismissive as well. He seemed to be siding with the two other managers on the basis that i had used profanity towards both of them. I most certainly did use profanity towards them.

What charles colbert didn't seem to care about was how they both treated me like crap, which is what led me to using profanity. After all, a person will tolerate only so much. I tried to explain to him what happened. If you were ripped off by $11, a manager had a don't give a crap attitude and was acting as if they could care less about your situation, then tell you there's nothing they could do.. Wouldn't you be pissed? The main manager even made up the bogus claim that she couldn't access the surveillance footage as i would had to come back that night. Seriously?! you're going to tell me that as the main manager of a location you don't have access to surveillance footage a mere 12 hours or so after an incident occurs? That pissed me off even more because i knew that couldn't be true.

Charles colbert didn't seem to give a crap about any of what had occurred. He tried to offer two coupons for whopper combos. I didn't want coupons. I wanted the matter looked into and my money. I finally told him that if he wasn't going to look into the matter then i would be filing a small claims lawsuit against burger king. He busted out laughing. That is when i went off. I asked him, "are you laughing at me?!" he says he wasn't. However, while he was saying he wasn't laughing he was still laughing. That's when i told him "f**k you!" and hung up. I admit, i shouldn't have let my anger get the best of me but i'm fed up with burger king. You have managers that don't give a crap. You then have a district manager that thinks it's funny when a customer threatens to sue burger king. His laughter is probably due to what i believe is ignorance of the legal system. See, you don't need to be seeking large amounts of money for a small claims lawsuit. That's the purpose of small claims lawsuits.

In louisiana, lawsuits of $5,000 or less can be filed in small claims court, which is handled by a local city judge Same judge for those that get arrested by the local city police). I have called the burger king customer service line to let them know what happened with the district manager. I informed them that if he says he didn't bust out laughing then he should be reminded i have evidence against such a defense. I did record our conversation. Therefore, it's not just my word against his. Needless to say, i will never eat at another burger king in my life. When you have two managers Including the main manager) with a don't give a crap attitude. Then, you have a district manager with the same attitude. To top it off the district manager thinks it's funny when a customer threatens to file a lawsuit. One can safely assume that burger king just doesn't give a crap. I created this report so that others can be warned that the local burger king, including the district manager just don't care.

Charles colbert needs to find a job that doesn't deal with customer relations. You would think a manager at that level would have enough common sense to not bust out laughing at a customer. You would think a man in charles colbert's position would actually attempt to find out what happened and address the matter properly instead of defending his managers while completely ignoring their completely unprofessional attitude. I guess charles colbert thinks a customer shouldn't get pissed when they're treated like crap by two other managers. I will be typing up another yscam with details of what happened between the other two managers and i.

On yesterday, Sat. Feb 17th my daughter sent me to Burger King for her and my niece she gave me a $10 bill. I went through the drive-thru, ordered two strawberry banana smoothies. The gentleman repeated what I ordered and told me to come to the window. I get to the window he hands me to strawberry smoothies gave me my receipt change I just tucked it between my legs he stuck his head out the window he said I charged you for two smoothies okay I said okay and drove off not even looking at the receipt or the money. I got to the stop sign which is directly in front of Burger King Ithought to myself, let me check my change so I check my change and I have $2.85 change. I thought to myself no that's not right I should have at least close to $4 back so I looked at the receipt and on the receipt I noticed he charged me for one smoothie and put in the system I gave him a $5 bill which I did not give him a $5 bill I gave him a $10 bill because I did not even have a $5 bill my daughter sent a $10 bill the receipt had on it he charged me for one smoothie $3.09 and put in I gave him a $5 bill and a dollar and nonsense change but he gave me back $2.85 change and I felt that he should be giving me back close to $4 change so there is a serious mix up here. I am mediately pulled back around to the drive-thru window now keep in mind I was in a rush I was on my way somewhere but I wanted to drop my daughter and my niece smoothies back off before I went somewhere I hurried pulled back to the drive-thru window there was a woman's voice she told me to pull back to the window cuz I explained to her out there was an issue with my order I pulled around to the drive-thru window there was a woman who stuck her head out the window and I explain to her what was going on then another lady came to the window and stuck her head out the window said her name was Kathy the manager I explain to her this receipt and this change is not right and I explain to her I gave the gentleman a $10 bill but the receipt says i had given him a $5 bill I explained her I ordered smoothies but on the receipt it says I ordered one smoothie yet still I was given two smoothies by this same young gentleman. the receipt also states he gave me back about one dollar nine cents change but he actually gave me back $2.85 change I explain this to Kathy the manager and gave her back the $2.85 along with the receipt given by the young gentleman. In a hurry kathy, though there were no cars in the Drive-Thru behind or in front of me abruptly brushed me off and said "well I have to count the drawer first so u gone have to wait, pull around the bldgI " I pulled around to the other side of the building about 10 minutes later Kathy the manager came back out. In a hurry very rudely and abruptly said I counted the drawer the drawer is correct so here's the receipt and your $2.85 back it's all correct and no one seen him do anything, no one standing around him seeing anything! " then I said " I don't care about anyone standing around I don't care what your cash drawer says I gave him a $10 bill!" I I demanded to speak to corporate. She responded in a very mean voice that the district manager just had open heart surgery and he will not be back until Monday!" so I offered my condolences and greatest apologies after knowing he had such a major operation as open heart surgery. She would not provide me with his name or any information. So I told her she need to be glad I am in a rush but I did tell her she would be hearing that from me regarding this issue. I asked her to take my name and number she took a piece of paper and Road names and phone number on it and I asked her I said don't you have cameras I said you need to look at the cameras and she just completely brushed me off said she would have the district manager look at the footage when he returns did not say anything else just turned her back to me and walked off. I called the burger king customer service today which is Sunday, Feb. 18th 2018 and filed a complaint of the gentleman and the managers behavior. The district manager has yet to return my call. I feel as if I may be discriminated against by the manager and taken advantage of by the gentleman cashier. No resolution. No answers. Please help.

Friday Nights are Dangerous in This Gilbert Burger King!

am so upset with Burger King.

Last Friday, Aug 11 at 8:15 pm my friend and I, both Mature Women went to the Burger King #5974- 450 North Gilbert Road, Gilbert AZ 85234. Our order was place at 8:17 order#17. At that time, there was a group of kids obviously not old enough to drive. There were loud and horsing around. While we were in line one boy came up and asked for “More Water Cups”. Our server, Geraldo, gave him some and told him he could not give him any more cups. While were playing, we heard the sound of Ping Pong Balls bouncing around the restaurant, The Kids were play a form of “pong”. They began to rough house physically began to the push each other into the booths. More kids arrived and chaos erupted. The ping pong balls even bounced in out booth.

Out booth was a curved one facing the Drink dispenser and we were able to observe one boy with a “Burger King Cup” filling his and pouring it into the “Water Cups”. It was so loud we never heard them call our number. Janet went up to check on our order and it was just sitting there and it was COLD. Just as Janet picked up our food a boy on a White BMX style bike came cursing in and rode his bike around inside the Burger King. Along with him a few more kids came it and the noise, routines and inappropriate behavior. At one point- about 30 minutes a few of the group left and we decided to leave. Just as we place out garbage in the cans, the group came back. I need to use a White Cane for Mobility- I have Low Vision. We were blocked in and had to ask the kids to make space so we could leave. They made some rude comments as I was trying to navigate to the exit.

On Monday Aug 14 at 2:00 PM, I called the Burger King and asked to speak to the Manager. Someone name “Giovani” (spelling) who REFUSED to state his last name or spell his name, claimed to be the General Minter, say he was working on that Friday and that he did not remember it being loud or anyone riding a bike in the dining area. Well he boldly LIED to Me. He stated it felt it was okay for the kids hang-out. He didn’t even address the Cold Food! When I mention the liability if someone got hurt, he just laughed! I asked him what was Burger King’s policy for Loitering. He said he didn’t know. I was shocked when he stated, he has only been the General Manager for a few weeks and did not know of any rules!

I than called Burger King’s Customer Relations Number – 1-866394-5493. I got someone named Lordes. She was not very sympathetic and never Apologized for the horrific experience and/or Cold Food. I asked her who was the Franchise Owner. She stated she was not allowed to tell me but she would contact him and have him contact me in the next 24-48 hours. She never gave a Case Number.

I waited until 2:30 PM today, Friday Aug 18 to re-contact the Customer Relations Department. This time a got Shereca. She looked up my complaint. She put me on hold to read it. She came back on the line and stated she would re-contact the Franchisee Owner. She did not feel it was unreasonable that I had not been contacted in 5 Days. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She put me on hold and came back and said there was NONE AVAILIBLE! I stated I would hold until one was. She stated a supervisor would call me back but she did not know when. I told her was NOT acceptable and I would blast Facebook,Twitter, Yelp, and ,Rip Off, and I will contact the Heath Department about the Cold Food. I persisted and about 3-5 minutes later a supervisor named Dennis came on line. He was the FIRST Person to Apologize. He stated he was Emailing the Owner, the District Manager and the General Manager… Obliviously, it is NOT “Giovani”.

My husband picked some dinner tonight 5/20/16, and I tried him what I wanted, which was the Double Stacker. I had actually looked up the menu on their website to 'choose'. There were pictures of all choices, where all the burgers seemed to be the same.

When my husband got home (he had gotten a Whopper) MY order, all orders were "large sized", was literally about 1/2 to 1/3 the size of his Whopper. I immediately had gotten upset due to the size and the price we had to pay.

I actually called the ' establishment ' which was the Newark NY BURGER KING which is at *** **** ***** ******, and asked for the Manager. When he answered the phone, he never stated his name first of all. Then I continued to tell him what the problem was, as I stated above.

All the Manager would repeat was that they don't control the price. However, as I specified MORE than once was that it wasn't necessarily the price but the size of the Burger. It literally looked Like something that you would get on a dollar menu and/or in a kids meal. The price did come into play because the "large" price certainly did NOT come close to the absolutely tiny Burger they give you.

So much for the customer is always right rule or even customer satisfaction. He just kept repeating the same thing"We don't converge prices" until I got off the phone, and that is what I told him he would do!

Obviously I will not be going back there!! Remember it is the Burger King in Newark NY on *** **** ***** ****** 14513. I'm sure others have had just as bad of an experience as I, maybe worse!

Burger King has been fradulantly and falsely depicting their new grilled hot dogs as being LARGER THAN THE BUNS.

This is patently FALSE.

The hot dogs that I received are shorter than the bun... WAY SHORTER.

Their WEBSITE, in-store COLOR MENU, and even the packaging illustrate a hot dog that clearly protrudes beyond the ends of the bun.

My hot dogs were 1/2" shorter than the bun AT EACH END !

We arrived at the Newark New York location and attempted to order burgers early am and were told they wouldn't be serving lunch til 10:30 .We have gotten burgers there early am on other occasions. The emplyee stated only "SELECT LOCATIONS" Were participating ,We then left confused and annoyed.Came back 10 mins later to order 2 cookies,they handed them to me not warmed up...CANANDAIGUA LOCATION ALWAYS SERVES GREAT FOOD (including burgers) 24/7 !!

This is the worst Burger King ever!!!! Talk about getting a BaD name because of others!!! I usually go to other one in neighborhood but thought I would try this one but others told me never to go, I'll be damned they were right! Twice within a week! 1st time i Ordered original chicken sandwich got spicy meal took 1 bite ended up having heart burn all night long! Went back they replaced meal and decided to try one more time spent 16-17$ got hard bread old fries dipped in old grease and more salt. I thought I was gonna pass out from all the salt! Went back to get replaced with Receiptt! after calling and getting no answer, I went up there Manager wanted to argue with me about it! Wow so after pleading my case after 10 minutes he finally said he would replace it. So I wait for 25-30 before I go inside and they hadn't even started to make my food! The manager said waiting for it to get off broiler. So then a weird looking woman comes from back said no we are not replacing my food!!!! They took my receipt and gave me owners number said to call him!!!! Whoa now you can only imagine my frustration level.!!! Its now 1 hr after getting off work and I have no dinner for my family now gotta go to get dinner for my family Else where!! They are idiots!!!! That's a fact!!!! So if I was you Never go to this Burger King!!! On top of everything there resturant was filthy!!!!! Flies every where!!!! ****(Health department)*** I will continue to tell my co workers, family, friends etc to never ever spend any money with this BK!!!! Ever!!!!
