I called this company thinking that was a profesional company. he gave me a quote of $6000 for paint for the gates and doors offering me sand blasting and new paint in the entire house gates and doors , his price was the highest quotes I recived so i tought it was a profesional company AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY BUT I WAS WRONG ! Unfortuantly I decided to do the job with them. When I got to the property I found 2 guys scraping the gates by hand , instead of sandblasting I asked why they told me that it was the first step to dont worry about it because it will look like How I requested.
like the door and color I show the owner when I spoke with him the first time, so I trusted them ,when I got to the property the color was totally diferent and the paint that was not even a 2 days old was pelling , so you can tell they used cheap material .I called the owner right away and I asked him why the color was diferent and the problems with peeling he told me to dont worry about it that he will fix it ,so then he took my gates .. to start ,he took then told me it will be ready in 3 days , 6 days pass and nothing I was without main gates in my property ,then finally he divery the gates and he was only with 1 guy to carry gates that are heavy so when I check my gates had a big damage ,gates that cost 40k had a damage because he was not careful on bringing ,
even that guy that came with him told they were very heavy and we had a little accident on the way to your house , so i complain to him and beside all my husband had to help him to carry this gates because he didnt have people to install them ! so he promise me he will fix the problems and holes he left on gate and paint scrashes , so when I went back to finish what he was suppose to fix it was worst ..he pain with a diferent pain the gate a totally diferent color and now my gates had the same damages he did plus diferent paint color ...it was the worst servcice I HAD TO EXPERINCE IN MY LIFE!
SO very upset I asked him to take it to his shop and fix all the damages he has done and you know what he told me ...you need to pay more ,... this company is the work company aia hsd ever had to deal in my life and I DONT REMEBER THE OWNERS NAME I BELIVE IS MICHAEL HE IS SO UNPROFESIONAL AND UNRESPECTUL PERSON! IM DOING A REPORT NEXT WEEK WITH HELP HOWARD CHANEL 7 BECASUE MY SISTER WORKS as a reporter for this program and advised me to do this ,so other people to get scam by this guy the owns this company like i have . As i can see now only Im not the only one WITH A SIMILIAR CASE . I Hope we really realized the problem and fix what he has to fix before bad reputation damage his bussines , he needs to learn how to do bussines the right away .Meaning doing the job right !!
