Salesman Roy Massey at Bulldog Truck Sales in Cumming GA 30041, set me and my family up with a bad Semi truck, with several problems. I test drive the truck before signing any paper, and it seemed fine. I believe they done some temporary fixes just to get it off their lot, and got me for a hole six thousand dollars down. I only had the truck, not even two months exactly, got it around Oct 30, 2015, to about the end of November 2015, about a month, may be a little off. But during that time truck stayed in the shop constantly, with different problems. I didn't even pass my DOT road inspection at first, with company I leased on to, to get on the road. But Roy said, truck was fully DOT inspected before they sold it to me. It don't seemed that way, because if it was, I would not have that many problems from the start. Roy also gave me paperwork on a one year engine warranty with NTP, National Truck Protection, with roadside assistance, and towing, but when I broke down in Loiusville, KY, I called the warranty people first, told them what was going on with truck, no help, sorry I can't help you, no towing, no roadside assistance, nothing. I had to take my best shot of getting home, from SC, I called Roy to let him know what was going on, and the finance company, Natlease, they both was no help, we can't help you, but we got your money. I even asked to be , traded out of the truck I was sold, 08 Peterbilt 387, they did not want to trade truck in. So now truck is in the shop, engine damage, 14,000 to get out, no help, no job, no income, I just got rob. I called the shop, Blancard cat in Summerville SC about the truck, shop Forman told me that after I surrendered the truck NTP, and Roy at Bulldog is going to pay them for the truck, but wouldn't help me, just took my money. Didn't care how it affect me or my family. I'm struggling right now with bills, my credit, etc, because someone love money, more than honesty, and that Roy Massey, I even got a attorney to speak with Roy, hoping we could solve the problem, so I could work, but what do he do, tell the attorney check his contract, and hang the phone up in the attorney face, what kind of salesman is that. I was trying my best to seek help with all this, because I basically got handled, but in these times, it seem like man is all for themselves, don't care about anyone else. Now my children want have the Christmas that I wanted for them, because of People like Roy Massey, and Gary, by the hands of them, it's all about making a sale, and that's what he done by lying, Roy even put down Penske Trucks when I was go get one with them, he said oh, they trucks are junky, and they don't take care of them, I know because we purchase some of their trucks, what a sales pitch. But, I want Roy, and Gary to know, my children will have a good Christmas, despite what him and his company done to me, with know remorseful feeling, but my children know that I love them very much, even if that's all I can give, that's what this black family is all about, love, despite how you see us. It must makes you feel good Roy and Gary to steal money from a family that's trying to make a honest living, but why y'all want steal money from someone who don't care about making a honest living, because you know the circumstances that's behind it. God, don't like ugly Roy and Gary, when something goes wrong in your life, whatever it is, remember me, your customer, one that who trusted you, and your company, along with others that y'all strewed, keep that in mind, and don't ask why me. Today is September 18, 2015. i got my truck from Bulldog on August 11, 2015. The truck is currently in the shop since September 1,2015. i wish i could say this was the first trip to the shop but its not, neight is it the second.
My reason for coming on here is to try and stop this from happening to another person, these people profit from from selling known defective trucks. (only God knows how they get them to pass a D.O.T.) i was recommended to bulldog by a friend that got his truck two months before i did, he too has being having multiple problems with his truck, he resently moved from where he lived and missed placed his documents and Bulldog refuse to give him a copy of it. (really great business practise)
With regards to the reason i am here i cant go into details as i have a pending case against Bulldog, but i will say this in the hopes of stopping them from doing this type of bating to another unsuspecting person.
Please note: i went on their website looked at all the posted comments that was left on there and i thought it was good everyone had so much good things to say about them, now i wonder who wrote those comments.
like many of the comments i just read on here i fell victem to the same exact thing, at first these people appeared to be friendly, professional, and above all cared about my needs as a customer. however, all that changed and changed real fast after i got the truck...........Roy, and Gary, as well as the company itself shouldn't be in business in my opinion. they are no better than the thugs running around with guns on the streets and therfore should be held accountable for there willful ripp-off of there own customers, no self respecting business would allow its name to be associated with this kind of behavior if this wasn't policy.
I have gotten a lawyer, and i would love to talk with some of the people on here about there experience with Bulldog, i can be reached [email protected] i refuse to be explited, i refuse to be treated this way by anybody let alone a bunch of old men that should have some level of self respect.
BUYERS BE AWEAR..... dont do business there you will regret it. they are gonna lie. looking good and sounding good is not necessarilly a good thing.

Thanks guys not going there thought about it. 5 of my buddies was going get those mid roofs bc we haul tankers but we will find somewhere else
