Builtfortrucks.com I placed an order for a bumper for my 2018 F150. When it came it was damaged so I returned it. It has now been 3 weeks no replacement and no refund. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I have left a number of messages and emailed them. Still no respond. They took $1000.00 from my account and I have nothing to show for it. Unless you want to loose you money DO NOT order from these crooks. I have complaint filed with the BBB. I will get an attorney if necessary I work hard for my money and then steal it. Ordered a bumper. Received confirmation of order. Charged my credit card. Waited and waited for shipping confirmation. Never got one. Tried emailing. Tried calling. Could never get ahold of anyone. They advertise 24/7 customer service. Finally called my credit card company to get them to cancel payment. Emailed company to request cancellation of order. Never heard anything. Finally got an email saying order has shipped. No tracking info. Waited a week. After a week got another email saying it was canceled. It’s been a month. My wife has been driving around with an awful dented bumper when she could have had a nice new one if not for these morons. Do not order from them.
