I have made the huge mistake of doing business with this place, i am using the word place but not business since it is not. I have order windows and doors for about $9500. On time of the delivery 2 of the doors came with small damage, which was reported by the delivery crews and me. 4 of the windows came without the screens for which we have paid. And the exterior molding of 2 of the french doors sets was wrong. Also the double entry door was the wrong model. I decided to be kind and not to go after replacement of the entry door, but just to get the doors fixed, the missing screens and the molding replaced on the french doors.... it has been 9 weeks since than, i have sent multiple emails and i have called different people in that place without anything to follow. Now i have decided that people should be aware of this "place" and also i have hired a legal representative to fille a claim, so those individual will learn an important lesson.
