You would think that after having three building and construction businesses de-registered and having been banned from being a "person of influence" in a building company (repeatedly), Daniel J Smith - previously of DJ Smith Construction Pty Ltd and the RICC Group, would have given up!
But no, because he couldn't be a director of a company for legal reasons (being a bankrupt), he named his wife (Sasha Smith) at the director of 24-7 Building & Maintenance Pty. Ltd (ACN: 603986563).
Talk about throwing your wife under the bus. The aforementioned company is now being wound up by Brisbane liquidators BRI Ferrier Pty Ltd - see:

Sasha a clearly a slow learner as she's watched her husband burn home builders, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc. for more than a decade - birds of a feather apparently do flock together.
Smith is clearly deranged thinking he can continue to behave in this manner without ramifications. Works that he has previously been responsible for have been defective in the extreme forcing the QBSA/QBCC to de-register him as a builder (twice). No longer able to hold a building licence in his own name, Smith has resorted to seeking employment in a supervisory capacity with Build 4 U Quality Constructions (see: b4u . net . au /) - hopefully the principals of this fine company will delve a little deeper into Daniel J Smith's murky past prior to employing him in any capacity - the man would struggle to build a kennel!

Danile John Smith is a repeat offender in the Queensland building market. He initially built our property under the guise of DJ Smith Construction Pty. Ltd.
In addition to running many months over the agreed construction period, Mr. Smith did terribly defective works and misappropriated funds. Eventually the then Queensland Building Authority was forced to step in and deregister Mr. Smith and his company which later went into liquidation owing many thousands of dollars to suppliers, works and the tax department.
Mr. Smith was banned from being a "Person of Influence" in a building company for 5 years. Immediately upon that ban lapsing Mr. Smith launched the now defunct RICC Group which suffered a similar fate - leaving many home owners, employees, sub-contractors and suppliers out of pocket.
Mr. Smith then launched a company 24/7 Building & Maintenance Pty. Ltd. under the guise of his wife being a director of that company - which duly folded owing the Australian Tax Department significant funds.
Mr. Smith then went and worked for a spate of other builders in a "supervisory" capacity avoiding detection by the Queensland Building Services Authority by not "technically" being a "person of influence" these building companies. It has now been bought to our attention that Mr. Smith recently started working in a "supervisory" capacity for "Build 4U Quality Constructions" a company located in Buderim on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. If you have any dealings with this company, do yourself a favour and ENSURE Daniel John Smith isn't "supervising" your build, as the best predictor of the future is the past and in the past Mr. Smith has only supervised chaos, shoddy workmanship (please refer above listed links) and grief for hardworking Queensland families.
By all means contract with Build 4U Quality Constructions Pty. Ltd. but ensure that Daniel John Smith has NOTHING to do with your building process whatsoever, otherwise your experience is bound to end in grief.
