Back on October 11th I purchased 2 pairs of contacts from this company. The shipping told me 5-10 days after that I decided to contact me. They told me that since there was a promotion orders were being delayed but told me to rest assure that I would get my product and to be patient with them. A month later in November I contact them again and messaged them through many platforms such as their costomer service through Facebook messenger and email. Same spiel about oh it will get her be patient. After two months I realized I was not getting these contacts. I dm them through Instagram since they have a good following.
As I messaged them I found many holes in their lies. I continue to call them a scam and they kept "reassuring me that they’re real and I’ll get my contacts”. It was a good thing I paid through PayPal and asked for a refund before papal couldn’t help(~90 days after purchase) I had to escalate the case since the company was not responsive. I got my money back but I assume many who believed that "it’s coming” would not have. After I was refunded thanks to PayPal I went back to their Instagram to see that they had blocked me. I also when and looked up this company’s address and it’s a house showed up, not a company. SCAM
Placed order on 3/7/19 for contacts. Said would be delivered in 10-14 business days. No problem. I received an email confirming my order. After 2 weeks i messaged them asking to track my order. They said they were backed up due to problems with the courier but the problem was being resolved and i should have them in a few days. A few days pass and i message again- same story. I asked for a refund. No response. This went on about 3 times a week- and still goes on. They no longer respond to my messages. I have yet to get contacts or a refund.
Buyer beware! Ordered three sets of contacts over a month ago (qualified for free 1-3 day shipping) and not only have I not received my order, I haven't received any customer service! I've sent several emails and when I finally did hear back, which was ten days ago, I was told they would ship out within the next few days.
Check the order status, still nothing. I plan to report them to facebook, BBB, and leave a review on every single platform that I can find.
I sure hope Bright Eyes Contacts does something to resolve this. At this point I just want the order cancelled and my money refunded.

They delete the (mine included) negative reviews and the only positive reviews are from Brazil. Friends of the scammers, perhaps?

I continued to message them every other day for weeks. Every day it was the same. Asked for a refund after the second message I sent. They told me no problem. 4 months have passed now. I have no contacts and no refund. You can only click certain buttons on Facebook and that obviously has no repercussion because they are STILL on there. I would LOVE to get them caught somehow....
Purchased 2 pairs, buy one get one free on 11/07/19 3-5 business days to ship, email 11/14, 11/21, 11/26 last email stated you better reply or I’m calling my bank! I got an email stating customs is holding up package....uuuuh...yeah!! I advised you scammers have horrible rating “Bright Eyes”! And you can cancel this as I have contacted my bank who will be contacting you very soon...
