Yesterday I received an email reminding me of my payment due on 11/4/16. I noticed before that I could schedule my payment ahead but never did so yesterday I decided to try it. I know for a fact that I chose the 4th as my date of withdraw Well today I check my bank account, as I do every day, and I see that Bridgecrest has attempted to withdraw from my bank account already! This has now caused an overdraft in my account. My first call was to my bank and they processes a stop pay which cost me $20 instead of the $35 overdraft fee. I then contacted Bridgecrest who told me that since I processed to payment on line there was nothing they could due. I told them over and over that I chose the withdraw date of the 4th but they said they have no way to verify that and again there was nothing they could do. If anyone else has had this happen I would love to know. I'm considering a class action lawsuit if there are more people out there.

Bridgecrest

They are taking my payments that I sent and put payment reversal I been calling and they said the bank done it. Also they repoed my car after spending over 3000$ The payment is due on 4th My check does not always come in the 1st usually by 5th it does. Well after paying all that they still said I was a month behind. How can you get car back from repossession if your still behind. That make no sense. They got fee payment and principal only payment and payment reversal I think I have just a few normal payments. I have bank statements of my payments and western Union receipts. Well they tried to repossess it again. Two different repo guys has been trying well one of them tore up my parents privacy fence an spun of in the yard tore it up it had been raining that week and he almost got stuck from where he drove off in the yard. He should have never drove off in yard to go around my parents vehicle. When he went around it he bumped it with his truck now I got to pay to get all that fixed. They can’t even get there story’s right and can’t get no manager to answer. They are crooks. Almost forgot they put a 17 day hold a a payment of mine. When they repoed it. I went to my bank and they said they never heard of that. Also they will not send me a copy of receipts from repossession and will not send me copy of documents they took my account down off of line. They said I haven’t made a payment since June. I’m looking at my bank statement right at this moment where I paid my payment and then some. They are crooks. Just because these folks work in a bank they think they will not get caught. Just because if your job title don’t mean jack these days. First of all this isn’t my first rodeo they are takings the money not posting to the accounts they are posting it into there pockets. Like I said this isn’t my first rodeo. Bridgecrest/ Drivetime.NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

I got a car from drive time with bridgecrest being the lein holders the car was deamed a total loss on Aug the 25th. They state that until they get information about the car being a total loss from the insurance company that the payments have to be continued to be made on time ( that part i understand). However they stated that even if the paperwork from the insurance compay gives a date at toy when the car was deem a total loss that they will not issue a refund for payments made between the time the car was deem a total lost and the day that the isurance pays it off. Which to me seems kind of like a rip off cause the insurance will pay the car off in full from the date that the car was deem a total loss and then bridgecrest would still have the payments that i made so that means that they will be gettin paid double if they are not giving me a refund and this is the first that ive ever heard anything of that sort. Ijust know next time not to go thru his company or any othe comay that uses bridgecrest as a lein holder there instrest rates are high as hell and they dont really care to help consumers.

Bridgecrest formally DriveTime took 441.72 out of my checking account and now deny they did it. This is the second time they did this. The first time was May and my first payment ever, now they've done it again but this time their calling my bank liars. My account is now -$685, 441.72 of that is from Bridgecrest. They are tellinge that they want me to send a copy of my account to them when the bank themselves sent a dispute. It is now Attorney time, I can not pay my other bills to live now Bridgecrest keeps taking money I cannot afford to pay back

BRIDGECREST is an auto lender, who people are FORCED to use when buying a car from CARAVANA. BRIDECREST who, during the middle of a Pandemic, are UNWILLING to work with people who lost their jobs and were off work for only 2 month even though they have a payment plan and deferral plan in place. When talking to BRIDGECREST, they go round and round in circles say the car is still out for repossession only being 2 payments behind and can't be cancelled without an immediate payment even though I have a payment scheduled in 2 days and haven't received a full payment check.

The supervisor told me she hears these calls every day. I'm like that's Jim Dandy during NORMAL times but we are in a PANDEMIC. These are extraordinary times and extraordinary measures need to be taken to help people who were laid off of jobs by no fault of their own. Plus, I've been in this car for 4 YEARS!!!. TOTAL RIPOFF. SCAM. WISHED I NEVER BOUGHT A CAR THROUGH CARVANA.

I have called Bridgecrest several times to alert them that I am currently not working due to my employers shutting down the place where I worked. I asked for an extension to pay and have been scrounging up funds to pay them. This company has been of no help or assistance.

Their web site posts that they can help assist, but when you actually call and talk with a representative, they threaten with late fees and being in default of the loan payments. No kind of assistance whatsoever.

Bad for business

Ok, i been making payment s since 2015 when i got my car from drivetime and when it switched to bridgecrest as my payment options i had it automatically taken from the bank well anyway car broke down in 2018 so i had payment stopped for 2 weeks to fix it. Didn't have problems with paying til i started using their western union debit card option. They took out twice for payment then had the nerve to say it posted once on my account. Im steadily telling the lady on my phone that even if its posted once on my account my bank is showing double withdrawal which one is still pending after 5 days. My bank credited me back the money while they investigate and bridgecrest is now saying last payment is non sufficient after i had disputed it. I hope they dont get me to pay again cause i paid twice and its still pending so the amount pending needs to be put back in my account and posted as paid. They are a ripoff! I will fight them in. court if i have to we all need to come up with a petition to sue these crooks.

I purchased a vehicle 6 years ago, and now they are saying that I still owe 9100 on the vehicle. My maturation date has passed, and they are still saying that I owe.

The vehicle was overpriced, and it's not even worth 9100 now. They are trying to get the 9100 out of me, more than likely they will try and sue me for it. That vehicle is not even worth what they are saying I owe.

The vehicle should be paid off and then some.

I co-signed a note at Drive Time in Las Vegas about 6 months BEFORE Iended up divorcing her. I am a resident of Arizona and also had a loan with Drive Time for my Dodge pick-up truck. The District Court in KINGMAN, ARIZONA, issued a decree that I was NO LONGER responsible for her debts and it SPECIFICALLY mentioned ther vehicle that I co-signed for. I stated at the time of signing that I had NO vested interest in said vehicle which was plated in NEVADA. I am a resident of ARIZONA and have NO Nevada address!! Also the ORIGINAL contract was modified, NOT once, BUT TWICE, WITHOUT my consent nor knowledge!! This is in violation of state law, BOTH in Nevada AND Arizona!! The vehicle is listed on my credit report and I have contested it FOUR times as being fraudulent!! Bridgecrest uses an answering service in BARBADOS and has TWO domestic phone numbers and THREE domestic street addresses in Phoenix, Arizona!! This is a shyster company and a prdator company!

I got a used 2008 Mazda 3 from this dealership back in July 2013. The financing price was a little over $15,000 with an interest rate of 13.09% and a $200 down payment. All together by the time I finish paying off this, now 10 year old car, I’d have payed about $22,000. There is No Way a used 2008 Mazda 3 is worth that much. Now that I’ve recently reviewed my initial paperwork I’m almost positive this car wasn’t worth over $15,000 when I got it. I was a young, desperate, working student at the time of purchase and needed a car to get to school and work so I didn’t realize the scam I was getting realed into. They also added more interest onto my car a couple of years later all because I combined my bi-weekly payments into single monthly payments. I am definitely seeking a class action lawsuit against this dealership. If anyone knows of any in the works, I’m in!

The Ugly Duckling which changed to Drive Time now they are Bridgecrest!! My mother purchased a 2008 Chevy Impala in about 2011/2012 a 9 year old vehicle! Her husband took ill and my Mother had to stop work to care for my Step-dad.

So my husband and I stepped in to handle the car payments when we are able to make the payments of $ 197.98 bi-weekly (twice a week or 3 times a week depending on the month). My mother authorized Drive Time to speak with me regarding her account.

We called the toll-free number and requested statements of vehicle payoff ($5, 085.73), amount already paid out ($25,624) and past due balance ($1,027) on her 2008 Chevy including the price of purchase ($17, 172.11).

My husband and I just mailed a check of $197.98 for January 2017 payment. The vehicle is already paid off, plus it is 10 years old! They ARE RIPPING MY MOTHER OFF!

My mom has no income flowing in, Ugly Duckling/Drive Time/Bridgecrest need to give my mom the vehicle because the bluebook value is worth between $5,000 to $7,606 which she has made over 3Xs the payments!

They are now threating in taking my mom’s vehicle, she needs her car to take my step-dad to and from Chemotherapy 2Xs a week and his doctor’s appointments.

How can we sue this company, they know my situation and they just keep calling twice today after receiving almost a $200.00 payment.

I would not recommend them because they lock you in a high loan that will take years to pay on. I got a car from them and I'm paying more then the car is worth. They are a ripoff do not go to them. Also the warranty does not cover anything. They told me that I could get in any car I wanted but did not tell me that it depends on how much I put down. They put me in a car that I didn't want and now I'm having issues with the car sand they won't fix it.

With many of us, we would like to own a nice convenient car to drive and not worry about mechanical problems or any other cars so we invest our money and look for a vehicle at a dealership. Drive time now called Bridgecrest sold me a vehicle in January. They clean it up real good and sell you promises just to make a sale. Promises you that if you have any problems with the car you have a warranty. They show you where to look when you inspect the car but don't actually show you everything. Then they rush you to buy it convincing this car is perfect for you and your family. Well after purchasing the car, the warranty for returning the car expired. The called the dealership to speak to the man who sold me the car, he didn't even care after and transferred me to the maintenance department. The transmission when you put the car in reverse was slow to pick up when you want to put it in drive to drive off. I was hit by another oncoming car, The car couldn't pick up speed in the drive shift to move and the other driver hit me and booked it. I called Drive time (Bridge crest) and they stated they are sorry but nothing they could do. that I am still responsible for the payments and to call their maintenance department to check on it. I was hit by another driver and all they cared about was "don't forget your payment is due by". Then after that the tires that was suppose to last you at least a year, didn't last. They stated it doesn't cover in the warranty. The mechanic informed me recently that I was in dangerous area of being hurt as both tires were stripped after driving it for three months. When I checked the tires they only showed me the tires from the back not the front. Stupid me. When I reported this to their corporate office, they stated that I bought a used car and that it doesn't covered in the warranty. I didn't buy from a moms and pops dealership, I got this from Drive Time and a person doesn't think about problems so early in advance such as this. I asked them to waive one payment as I already made another payment two weeks earlier. They informed me they wouldn't but to send my receipt to them as proof. Come on. All this within 5 months and they still wouldn't help me with the problems I am still facing. How can you help someone get a car when all you do is sell them promises that are phony. The car is a lemon. The car is 6 years old and they stuck me with a bill of $19k and the car is only worth by bluebook $8K. Crooks. I will never buy from them again and then they have the audacity to tell me to recommend them? The sales manager still emails me to send him clients and when I inform him of the problems I have when I got the car from him, he forwards my calls to another department only to tell me they can't help. The corporate office eventhough I sent them the receipts, they are stating they won't give me one month to cover my loss.
