He then threatened to sue in BC Supreme Court for this amount. When his claim was rejected, he filed a suit in Provincial Court seeking $9,836 which he claims is 3 months notice. This is a rebuttal against Braden Chase. He has been found to be very reliable, knowledgeable, decent and honest in his dealings. To the person, who stated otherwise, I would find you to be very dishonest, very deflammatory and very problematic with some serious issues. You sound like you have some real hatred and vengeance issues. Perhaps, you need to have criminal actions taken against you. I hope you will be charged with a criminal offense for sputting publicly such deflammatory and erroneuosly damaging comments about Braden Chase.
