This is my second order from Botach. The first one was for some colt mags they said were in stock and then a few days later said they did not actually have. I received a redirect to order another mag that was not close to what I wanted and told they would throw in an extra mag for the problem. Great but not what I wanted. I have since ordered another mag surefire and there were 51 in stock. That was on the 4th. I have called because the shipping tracker I get shows not received by the USPS. I keep getting some woman telling me that it will go out tonight. Well its now the 12th and the tracker still shows its not received by the postal system and that they are now closed down for the rest of the week. I am going to have to do a dispute on my CC. What a crap company. No more chances. I know I should have read all the horror stories and not even give them the first chance. Shame on me.
I ordered a parka from Botach Tactical for a trip to the Rockies. I used it once and the zipper failed. I contacted Botach and they passed the buck to Alpha Industries (parka manufacturer).
Alpha said it was Botach's responsibility to repair of replace the item. When i told them of this they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Neither Botach or Alpha will stand behind their products. Being retired and on a fixed income this really placed a burden on me. Lesson learned the hard way....will not be doing business with either company again.
