I paid $1,500 for a website and never got to use it.
When I signed up for Boomtown my sales representative said that he had a lender who would cover the cost of the platform. He signed up both up, the lender informed the sales representative that he wouldn't be pursuing this anymore. I on the other hand were not informed of this and when they went to charge my credit card it wouldn't work. Again they hadn't given me any notice and to my knowledge the lender was going to pay for the platform.
I was then informed that Boomtown would not do business again with me, ever and that my website could not be used for which I paid $1,500 for.
I asked for a refund over the last 3-4 years and I am still waiting for one. I met the owners and they would not help me.
