I was not able to pick up the rental car and called customer service to discuss. They told me I have to send an email and no one would be able to help me with the issue over the phone. I did not rent the car and I was told that there was a $150 cancelation fee but would only be able to get that if I send an email to the support center.

I just recieved an email telling me that they were not going to refund my money which was over $400 for a service I never recieved. This is a complete scam and I don't think that this should be allowed. At this point, I hold Delta Airlines responsible not vetting and having this company on thier website and will avoid using the airline in the future. I also will make sure to letter fellow travelers know about the abuse and fraudulent activity by Bookinggroup.com.

While we were traveling in the US we leased a car, to be picked up in Memphis TN, by our daughter. The car was leased in her name with her information. When she went to pick up the car they refused because she was not the credit card holder.

I called the agency and asked to not be charged as the car was never used. They refused and charged my credit card the full $276.00. I opened a dispute, their only response was that they had already emailed a detailed explaination of why they could not issue a refund.

I never received any such email. I will be demanding a chargeback on my Visa.

Buyer beware this company is a scam as they will take your $$ and then when you show to get your rental car your told you aren't able to pick it up. At the rental counter which I rented through them for dollar rental car at the louisville international airport location. .I was told I had to have a flight ticket and to have yet another major credit card to validate in order to have the car released for rental that I had already paid for and was charged for. The agent at the counter explained as I was not able to get the car to call for refund.

I called Dollar rental who unwilling to help explained I would need to contact the booking group for the refund that they would have my $$ as it's who I went through to get the rental. So I call booking group only to be told I would not get my $$ back. So no car rental and no refund though you failed to provide any service or rental!?! I did a little research later ( should have done this first but was in desprate need of a rental) . .and found I am one of serveral who have had such dealings with this company (booking group). Apparently they take your $$ first and claim your car is waiting for pick up. .then it's all this red tape and run around between them and the car rental and no one wants to give you your rental you've just paid for. What a scam! I have contacted my bank and explained to them my situation and they plan to handle it. I was debating on filing a report with the FBI so that they would be aware as well that this company is not providing services to clients and refuses to refund when no service/rental car is provided. Between the rental and insurance that was taken out it's quite a bit off $$ to simply have ripped off you.

Each representative from the rental counter at dollar at the airport in Louisville international. .to the agent at the dollar rental company #. .to the booking group people. .it was nightmare! Refused to work with me, refused to refund, had to call back several times to these places bc they would hang up on me. Any way to avoid providing customer service or give real awnsers or solutions to a client who's money they clearly stole and had no intentions on returning.

You have been warned this buisness should never be used to book a rental car unless you plan to be left stranded and broke. .followed by hrs and hrs of trying to reach a rep and trying to get a reasonable reply and refund for your $$. Thankfully my bank is willing to help and look out for it's customers. .something these companies refuse to do bc they are dishonest scam artists!

Booked my rental car at an average price and the confirmed my booking bt stating that all I had to pay was 50 % more when I got to my destination. The rental car company had no record of my booking and charged me " full price". They told me not to go through a discount company unless it was in the USA such as travelocity or expedia. When I got back to Florida I saw the charge of 50 % on my credit card, so total for car was (0). When I called up they said send receipts to [email protected] returned ! Bad Russian company looking to rip you off....dont do any busineess with this company at all.....take it from me that travels every month inside the US !
