This company is really a trip...first off they did not buy the bank note as they said they would,when i was in the so called program where the letigate with the bank to buy the note they didnt and as a result i lost my house october 28 ,2015 thanks bolden pinnacle group. i was paying 750 a month for there sevices ,to what they say is for court fees and so forth..what a joke.and when that date came close ,meaning the sale date october 28 i did mention that i was thinking about doing a chapter 7 only because when the date came close i didn`t know what to do because i was fearing that i was going to lose my house ,but i never went through with the process,so where is my refund????????????????????? in the contract it does state that if i did everything in good faith and followed all the rules that was stated then i would be entitiled to a refund.i just want my money back,if i could get my house back that would be good but thanks to this company its gone!!!!!!!DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! by the way they said that they did leave a message with the trustee but did they ever think they should have kept calling to speak with a live person????????????????????SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
