They need to have laws in place to stop this kind of 3rd world service. They have unlicensed people that pretend to be traders taking your call. If and when you do reach a trader and ask them BASIC INFORMATION. " Hi there I am just calling to confirm my trade I bought X@$3 for 5000 shares and I am holding this stock previously can you please tell me what my average purchase cost it please?

The call goes onto hold as this person that can barely speak english probably has to borrow a calculator or take his shoe off not sure which.... mintues later the 'Your cost sir is "X"

Call back 5 mintues later if you can get through as they actually have the audacity as well to say..

"We are experiencing longer than average wait time if you would like to speak to a trader your call will be answered withing in 120m!!?? WTH!!?? Thats TWO F----G hours!!!

Imagine you trying to trade in a market that changes in seconds and the CLOWNS to be most polite have the AUDACITY TO TELL YOU TO WAIT 2HOURS to talk to somone!!?? And even in you were dumb enough to wait you might not even get a properly licended person answering the phone.

We spent almost 4k on an order of tiles we needed delivery of. Unfortunately the company that we bought from made the mistake of using JCP Delivery services. To say they were rude ignorant and disrespectul would be a polite understatement. We called 2 days in advance advising that we needed our order by 11 am if possible. We were told they would OK with that, that they would call ONE HOUR prior to delivery once they were in are area. 11- 12-1 rolls around. No call no one here nothing!?!? We managed to call the driver and asked where he was and asked why we were not called prior. "Im on a delivery I will let you know ...Click hangs up!!?" We called our company back they told us they called them and they should have called us. 25minutes later we missed a call but called them back. In talking with them we experssed our frustration and we indicated that they were suppose to call us 1 hour prior This person was abrasive ignorant and rude as they talked while we were talking antagonising us like he was doing us a favour. We advised him that his atttiude is about to cost the company they are working for $4000. He just kept talking and said I''ll get there whenever I can you can wait!" We thought mabye this person was the owner as to the level of attitude and disrespect shown.

Not the case. Low and behold we called emailed the company at which time no one there answers the phone and we have yet to hear back. All in all lets just say you need to avoid JCP at all costs. Were still waiting for order right now and its well after 1PM. We are on our way in to cancel our order. JCP does not care about their customers or their customer's customers. Stay clear and avoid JCP at all costs. Spend more and deal with someone that cares. If this delivery company was talking to my customers this way, they'd be done in 5 minutes.
