Blue Dolphin Magazines took the money out of my bank account on 11/14/2018 for a subscription to taste of home magazine and I haven't received a single issue and is now 1/2/2019.

I can't reach them to cancel subscription and get my money back. They are a total rip off, they had the nerve to send me a notice to renew my subscription. Please tell me what I can do I'm on a fixed income.

I was just charges $40 and $30 for auto renewed magazines even though I had my account set to NOT auto-renew. This is such a scam!! Thousands of people must be falling for this!!

As reported in the news, they made it VERY difficult to cancel. If others are reporting this, lets pls file a class action suit!!

I was looking over a statement from this past November and found a charge for a Popular Science magazine subscription I did not authorize. I keep a very detailed history of all money I spend including magazine subscriptions (which I typically do not pay for...most are free subscriptions with only 1 exception being a paid subscription for Handyman directly from the publisher). I tried to contact the magazine directly and they told me it was requested by an independednt sales agency and supplied me with all of the contact information. I went to the website and was able to supply my email and "request a password". With this I was able to enter the site and found a subscription for Popular Science that I DID NOT authorize. I immediately cancelled it. But under "Profile" there was absolutely no address nor credit card information. I wanted to delete all of my personal information but they take great efforts to hide it. I have emailed them several times and to date have not received a response. Researching complaint websites I found others who also have fallen victim to this theft. They have obtained my credit card data and personal address illegally and can continue to rob me as they are others. How do can I stop them? They have stolen my personal information, my money and are hiding behind a cyber curtain. They need to be stopped!

Blue Dolphin M2 has been sending a number of different types of magazines to me and to a person I do not know under my address.

It started out with them being sent to a person I do not know. Then they started coming in my name. I called them only to receive a recorded message to leave a message and one who told me to press this or that for customer service only to find out none of them worked.

I am furious after contacting a lady who wrote a review regarding BD. She had the same thing happen and they charged her 40.00 for just one magazine. I am on SSD and cannot afford to pay for something I did not order.

Please, please help me stop this and/or get the word out about them. They are crooks who prey on internet users!!

My account was charged without my permission.

Participated in on-line surveys for Harris Poll and ordered free magazines. Then I automatically was connected to a Blue Dolphin page that offered magazines for $2.00 per magazine.

Paid $2 each for 3 one year subscription magazines to be mailed to an address out of my state in Maine as a gift. My debit card was credited $6.00.

On 12/7/15 my checking account was charged the following: $19.99 for Oprah, $12.00 for Good Housekeeping, and $67.00 for Us magazine. There was no money in my account ans was charged three $35 overdraft fees. Did not receive notification of any kind that I would be charged.

Called an 800 number provided by my credit union. Each time I was told their system was down. Requested call backs...no call ever received Back. I canceled my Visa check card due to fraud so need a check mailed to me.
