Black ops tac responded to email saying I being offered a chance to buy a watch just for paying shipping cost then 2 weeks later billed me 47.00 dollars for some scam trial i received which I never received, accessed or even new I had I had access
I purchased online as it seem like everyone was on a bandwagon of selling things online about the same time. This Black Ops Tac Watch came to my email and it looked inviting to purchase things but the only thing I purchased was a smart watch, which didn't say clearly I needed a smart phone, blue tooth, or apps downloaded to get the watch going. I don't have those high end devices so I decided to return it for my refund.
This business will not email or mail you return label so therefore I had to pay out extra out of pocket to send the product back to them. I also sent them a receipt as they said they cannot see it clearly. To me, their ad seem to be misleading if not said I needed extra things to this smart watch in order for it to work. I told them since I"m not getting the mail cost from them, I want that refunded, as well. They said they only refund for the products returned to them.

I paid $7.97 for postage and handling for an otherwise free watch.
Now they are charging me $47.00.
I ordered a tac watch from them thinking it was going to be the same as the picture but it was a small screen and not the right smart watch
