Total SCAM,, will keep charging your Credit Card and not give you a refund, when you call and close out your Credit Card so they wont keep charging it,, then you call them back, they tell you they can't give you a refund because your Credit Card has been closed..

Biggest Scam out there, BEWARE!!!!!!!! You will have to take them to Small Claims court..C

Same issue as many other complaints. While searching the web for something I came across an offer for a free sample for BioDermRX - all I had to do was pay $5 shipping. I even double-checked everything on that page because I have been burned by "free trials" before - they usually state somewhere in very tiny print that if they don't hear from you in X amount of time, they will continue to ship product to you and bill your credit card. So I'm quite wary of these sorts of offers! But there was no sign of anything amiss, and as I "signed up" for my free sample, I was directed to further pages offering other products at a one time only discount. I declined. It wasn't until after I put in my credit card info to pay for the shipping and clicked the "submit" button that I received a confirmation email congratulating me on my 15 day trial!!

They lure you in with an introductory offer for skin care products. They send the products at the price that was agreed on...under $ 10.00. Then 1 month later send you the same two products without authourization and charge credit card $ 211.00.

All phone numbers related to this comapny are out of service. BIG F*CKING SCAM.

No return address...just a p.o. box #.

After giving my credit card information to cover the shipping cost of their "free" sample they have sent three shipments of

skin improvement products that were not ordered. My credit card has been used to the amount of $473.13 (US)...($603.06 CAN)

When emailing notes requesting they not send any more shipments- they reply with a standard message saying they will get

back to me within 48 to 72 hours...but never do. Phoned on Feb. 21 and a lady gave me a "Cancellation Number" and said this would

be confirmed immediately by email. Of course...no email. So I've been scammed.

This company charged me for and sent products which I did not order.

I signed up online for a trial offer for which I paid shipping costs I scoured the trial offer and did not find any references to automatic shipments of future product, a month or more later I received another shipment for which they charged my account $203.01 ! I have contacted them and demanded my money be returne, they assured me that the webpage states that further shipments would be sent if I did not cancel within a certain time period, I did not see this so it must be in VERY small print !

After issuing two 17 digit RMA #s for the products they informed me that a shipping cost of $9.99 will be deducted from my refund, so I must pay to send back a product I did not order!! What a scam. I acknowledge that I am partially at fault for putting my trust in them but I also feel it is important to warn others. By the way the product is garbage. I never would have ordered more given the choice.

It wasn't until after I put in my credit card info to pay for the shipping and clicked the "submit" button that I received a confirmation email congratulating me on my 15 day trial!!!!

I had even copied the link to my confirmation page (the page as soon as you finish paying) which said NOTHING about a trial, and emailed it to myself, but once I realized what was happening, and clicked on the link, it didn't take me to the same page!!! It took me to a different page that spelled out their Terms & Conditions! When I called the company to cancel my free trial I was told I'd have to return the product at my own cost or be "liable" for the full value of the product

Normally, even with a free trial, if you actually contact the company and cancel, you still get to keep the initial product they sent you because it's a free trial - not try some of it and send the rest back at your expense!!

These BioDermRX people are sketchy in other ways too - there is no indication how they tested their product, and they claim there are no side effects - I find that extremely difficult to believe. The whole organization reeks of scam - if they had a half decent product they would not need to rely on trickery to dupe people. And upon further research it turns out other people have also been taken in by them, so obviously not a legit company and extremely likely not a legit product either. I will not be trying out my "free sample" and I will not be returning it unless and until they pay for the return, even though I have been threatened by them with litigation.

My own experience with BioDermRX ended today.

I fell for the free scam with my credit card being billed on Nov 18, received the product and read the pamphlet that it came with saying I had 30 No Hassle guarantee if I was dissatisfied for any reason. Dec 3, my credit card was billed again for almost 200 CAD! When I called to question it and tell them my 30 days was not up, I was basically told too bad because the product has been opened and used so therefore they cannot and will not give me a RMA.

Customer service rep was horrible, kept talking over me and putting words in my mouth. I finally yelled at her and told her to put a supervisor on the line as I was DONE! The supervisor wasn't any better, would ask a question to only be walked over when I tried to answer, then she decides to put me on a hold 'until I can learn to take a breath' -her words not mine. All I want is to cancel the account, ensure there will be no more charges to my card so I hung up on her 'time out' called back to just ask for the cancellation number from a different customer service rep and got transferred to the supervisor again! She tells me that I can hang up all day on her but I'm going to constantly be transferred back to her.

These people are rude, ignorant, crooked, the product is way over priced and they don't follow through with their 'no hassle guarantee' I'm now on the line with my credit card company's dispute department to get the charges stopped and reversed if possible. I'm also thinking about contacting a lawyer regarding their false advertising with regards to their so called warranty.

BOTTOM LINE- DO NOT EVER EVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING VERBALLY ABUSED, LIED TO, SCAMMED, CHEATED AND GENERALLY BEING TREATED LIKE YOU'RE BENEATH THE s**t ON THE BOTTOM OF THEIR SHOES!

3 weeks ago, I ordered a "free" sample from BioDern on the internet. When ordering the free sample, the internet took me through a series of screens attempting to sell me additional products. I did not sign up for any additional products and because I could not exit the loop of questions, I decided that it was best to just exit this internet site. Unfortunately, I gave them my debit visa information before I exited and they billed me for products that I had not aurhotized.

I expected no samples to come to my home and no charges. I did receive A package from BioDermRX. 3 weeks later, I have additional charges over (one for Bio Dern $113.16 CAD and another one for Eye Renew $86.32 CAD). In no way did I authorize any additional charges and there was no warning that if the free samples were not returned that there would be new charges.

From my point of view, this product is no better than vasiline (which actually works better for me). Try preparation H because it has the similar effect as the eye cream.

It is unfortunate that this company believes that this type of business is okay. It is not.

Tonight I wrote the company to demand funds back. We will see if they send the funds back. If not, I'm entering more scam alert information across the internet so others are not ripped off. I have moved money out of that account such that this poor excuse for a company cannot access any more funds. I can take the loss, however, it is the fund that I use for feeding stray cats so essentially their poor business practice has extended to affecting feeding of animals. Sucks eh?

Unfortunately I had a lapse of judgement thinking that trust was still a concept in business.

I'm from Canada (your drop down doesn't have the provinces so I picked Ohio rather than Ontario).

I was looking for new skin care products and saw ads for each of these companies. They advertised that I could try their products for $4.95 Within two weeks, my credit card was charged almost $600 by these three companies. I believe these are the same company because their spiel was exactly the same.

First they tried to say I was contracturally liable for not cancelling membership in fourteen days of receiving the product. One of the companies actually admitted that I hadn't received it. When I told them I didn't recall seeing this, they admitted it was in very small print. Each of them offered me:

1. a free month's supply

then they offered

2. a 35% refund

By that time I was furioius and threatened to call the local DA. At that point they agreed to refund my money. When I offered to send the product back, unopened, they said to keep it. I can see why. The product is terrible. It dried like water

and did nothing for my skin.

Beware ladies, this is a scam. And if someone did get caught in this mess just know that if you persist they will give you all of your money back.
