The wife of the owner promised me to remove my wife's melasma spots off her face. She convinced me (using false promises) to finance 1600.00 in exchange for 8 laser treatments. After a year, my wife was the same. No improvement. I then asked to talk to the "doctor", who happens to be the owner and husband of the lady that convinced me. His response was to add more "free" treatments, again with NO results!
Conclusion : DO NOT believe BIODERM , in our experience, their lasers DO NOT work! For sure , they DO NOT fix MELASMA skin problems. They persist that thei LASERS DO WORK! My wife is living proof and mt 1600.00 that their lasers DO NOT help MELASMA issues !!
