Must be from the Middle east from the sounds of how they answer the phone, as soon as we started asking questions if it was made in China...no its made in Asia...or Malasia...whatever as if it was too insulting for him to answer that we knew what they were selling was not made as to how it was set up on their site with wonderful sounding Italian names.
They gave us the used car salesman 101 we cant tell you how much it costs you have to come in. Well you know were shopping online we know what we want and we might like to buy what your showing on your site despite it being made in Asia or china..
The guy we were talking to sounded like some immigrant who got mad because we were too smart for him and than abusively says to us, if you dont like it you don't call us?!? than hangs us.
So we got the impression this must be the sloped foreeheads owners son or relative. We called back...are you the gentleman that just hung up on us? Yes you don't like it here I will let you talk to the owner.
This Middle eastern whackjob gets on the phone and says "YOU DONT HAVE THE BALLS TO CALL FROM...... and we just hung up on him as we knew these are not people we'd ever want to do business with if this is how they treat new inqusitive client. We have a budget of about 15,000 to 25,000 to furnish the new home we are building so we thought we would give them a blind call.
We even thought maybe we were expecting too much so before posting our review we did a search. Not to our surprise their reputation precedes them on yelp amongst a host of other sites. We really did not want to invest this kind of time posting this but people like this in our city do not belong here running a business and behaving like this. We look forward to them closing their doors. They have two locations one is downtown toronto. Posted below so dont be fooled. Stay clear these people are absoutely crazy.
