We tried to return a shipment of formula per their return policy which was 30 days with a 10% restocking fee and also ship back a can of formula that had gone bad. They did not respond to our inquiries by internet, phone, or Facebook contact. Upon further investigation this has happened to over customers as well. They clearly state a return policy but then refuse to respond to any customers who wish to return product.
I emailed them requesting a return as my formula came dented. I just didn't trust the packaging either; for some reason I just felt like someone mailed it from their basement and just didn't trust the shipment.
Placed an order worth 200$ and never received the formula although there was an auto email sent that said it has been shipped. Tried contacting customer service over phone and emails several times with no response. They are a scam company and they charged my card for the money but never sent the product. DONOT buy from them. Seems like a huge fraud as there are numerous similar complaints about them on their Facebook page as well
I ordered several times by 3 boxes with Beyond Organic Baby. I always received my order on time but the boxes are always dented (at least 2 boxes out of 3). Lately I've been experiencing issues with fraudulent charges on my credit card, and I'm pretty sure it is coming from this website as I used my new credit card only once with this website, and got a fraudulent charge 5 days later. I could not contact this company neither by phone nor email.
they sent me the wrong formula and then never ever got back to me. I tried to contact them 100 times via email, chat and phone. no answer. super scam! be aware! other shipments I received were badly dented!
