Hi my name is Britta I recently went and tried to purchase a tv through bestway. When trying to do so I was told I could do so regarding a tv I supposedly purchased with best way and never took back. I never purchased a tv with best way at the date and time that it was in the computer. I am now trying to figure out how and why they can rent a tv under my name. And I want something done about it I have tried to reach the main office for legal paper work and everything no one has contacted me yet with my paper work.
