STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY. The worst customer service in a company that's supposed to be protecting your home. Had a service tech come out to add a motion detector. Showed up with out the correct tools, I had to borrow him mine. Then the tech didn't know how to get inside a wall cavity, he ended up running the big drill bit though my wall and ceiling causing 500.00 worth of damage. Never finished the job and then Best Defense wanted to charge me 400.00 for the horrible service and now won't renew my monitoring till I pay. Nothing but fraud.
