I ordered clothing Spring 2019. Many items did not fit properly and I requested a refund for those items.

At that time, I would have considered ordering again in the future, if I had experienced good customer service on that transaction.

After numerous emails with Penny Wang, Marguerite, and others at Berrylook customer service, I finally was provided an address in Califonia to return the items. The packaging my items were shipped in listed an address in New Jersey.

I returned the items, and after much hassle and more run-around with Berrylook customer service in efforts to obtain my refund, I filed a claim for investigation with the USPS. The postal investigation confirmed that the returned items were received at the address in California.

However, I still have not received a refund.

Berrylook has lost me as a customer.

I have a log of 6 months of email correspondence with every excuse they could come up with for not refunding my $106.00. I have met every requirement they came up with-- still no refund.

interestingly almost all of the emails have different names each time. Just another ploy to delay the refund.

Tried to contact Berrylook . The " Contact Us " link came up as Unknown. The " "Customer Service " link also came up as unknown. I posted complaint on Trustpilot. Received an email from Berrylook asking for photos of items. These were sent.

I complained to Better Business Bureau which forwarded my complaint to company. I received another email stating I had complained to " Jabber ". Not true. Berrylook has not responded to Better Business Bureau so far.

I have received another email from Berrylook asking for order numbers. These have already been sent through Better Business Bureau contact. I have resent all 6 order numbers and requested acknowledgment of my contacts with them.

I believe they are stalling until the time allowed for retuns has run out. Still do not have any address for return and no sign of any refund.

I ordered from this clothing company, Berrylook, on 9/4/19; they billed my credit card on 9/5/19. I received my order on 9/17/19. The clothes were of excessively poor quality, not as pictured on their website, and sizing did not at all match the sizing chart they provided.

I returned my order on 10/3/19. My tracking number confirmed that they received the order at their front desk on 10/7/19.

By 11/15/19 I still had not received a refund. In several email exchanges with the company’s service department, including copies of my mailing receipt and USPS delivery confirmation with tracking number, they claimed they did not receive the package. Still no refund. I have now filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

Ordered 3 womens blouses. Received them two weeks later than original estimate of arrival date. The big problem with the items is that the sizing is wrong, wrong wrong. They need to advertise as teen or junior clothing. sizes.. Normally, a size 2x would be TOO LARGE for me. The 2x blouses I ordered, based on their size chart, are so small I can't button them! I would love to exchange the blouses for their 4x size, but they do not tell you HOW to do returns.

They give no return address, they do not offer a way to receive an RA number (return authorization number) the piece of paper in the bag with the blouses does contain an order number but no way to use that to get an exchange. I did use their "contact us" email but received no reply from them. I really hate the fact that some of these internet companies give no phone number to call them. It would be nice to actually TALK to a customer service employee, assuming they do have a customer service department.

Clothing order was placed April 2019. Delivery took longer than expected. Almost all clothes were not sized as described (ordered XL reality got sized S). No phone number available. Contacting through website and email takes many days for a response. Finally able to get an address to return items (estimated refund is $76) using an American address in California. Provided pictures of clothes, FedEx ticket and shipping address to confirm return on my part. I have sent at least 8 emails asking for updates and when refund will be given.

Purchased multiple items to total $203.00, received finally and merchandise is inferior at best, tried to return as they were all the wrong size, no answer to multiple emails and no return address. This should not be allowed, this is pure scam.Pay pal should step up and stop taking money for these companies they obviously know are scams. I will no longer use pay pal.

Stay Away From This Company! I wish I would have researched them before my purchase.

It took a month before I received my merchandis. When I finally received it, the necklace was broken, the clothes were too small and/or poorly made, there was a pair of sandals missing, so I emailed them for a refund and I haven't heard anything back from them yet!

Terrible company...don't waste your time!

I ordered several items (shoes and shirt) From this website, and two weeks later I realize they’ve never even sent the items even though they said they shipped them over a week ago. But when I actually tracked the shipment, the FedEx site says only the label was created but nothing was actually shipped.

This is a common trick to make it look like something has been shipped when in fact it hasn’t been - Beware of this site they will take your credit card number and your money and send you nothing.

I placed an order with them in mid-February, and have received half of it so far (1 mo. later). Sadly, I did not check out reviews from the company beforehand(except on their site). I paid through my bank account, and they took my money immediately(naturally). Based on other reviews here, am really dreading the refund process. I have a small frame, and was pleased that the clothes in package #1 fit like they were tailor-made, I will say that in their favor.

The items received were NOTHING like those pictured on their site. Instead of quality clothes at discount prices, I got what I can only accurately describe as "Halloween costumes". It's like something you'd buy in a costume shop(or rent to wear to a Halloween party). I'm waiting on package #2 to arrive any day now, but don't hold out much hope that the two items it contains will be any better.

I will update my review as this process continues. Disappointed. :( **UPDATE: 2nd package better than first. These look like normal clothes that I think I can wear out in public. Apparently this is a hit and miss in terms of quality. Still waiting on third shipment for order I placed over a month ago. I had to return two items from the first part of the shipment, and they are now, despite getting confirmation from USPS that the items were delivered to the return address, refusing to acknowledge my return.

And Berrylook.com, my order # E734630 (just so you know your trying to rip me and other customers off with your fraudulent business practices, and then silence us will NOT WORK!). Reporting the company to the BBB!

Shocking crap

As like everyone else on here DO NOT BUY from them- scammers goods never arrived!! In dispute with PayPal now but hold out little hope !! Surely PayPal can block bring used to buy goods from here after so many disgruntled customers!! Fraud people need to investigate

February 21, i ordered 9 items from Berrylook online catalogue. I was notifed the nest dau that one item was out of stock. I opted for a refund. I just received the refund on April 4, 2019 after emailing them numerous times.

I got the merchandise in four separate shipments and they were all shipped much later than promised. The items were all of extremely poor quality and all much smaller than their size chart indicaed so I requested a return address and stated that I wanted a refund.

Today, April 16, 2019, I got a reply from them advising me to keep the clothes and give them as gifts to others and they will give me a $40 or $45 dollar coupon towards other purchases. they are refusing to give a return address and my refund.

The same happend to me , I received a 'coupon' towards future purchas. At the beginning of august I ordered to more items with th coupon. I have not received anyhthing. They told me 10 days ago the order had been 'shipped'. Forget them. Hopeless

WARNING! USE PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD WITH PURCHASE PROTECTION IF YOU ORDER FROM BERRYLOOK!

I impulsively ordered from Berrylook from a popup ad in early February, after looking at only one review, which was an obvious plant. It took 7 weeks for my order to arrive. The pictures of the two pairs of shoes I ordered looked beautiful and the designs were fabulous, so I thought, "take a chance", as how bad could it possibly be? I opened the paper-wrapped shoes that were thrown into a bag. and found them to be made of plastic!! Not even pleather, plastic!!! Globs of glue showing, with super thin soles that wouldn't last one wear. HORRIBLE!

I repeatedly tried to contact Berrylook through their site message mail, but no response. Finally I went to the PayPal site to file for Purchase Protection. Thank God I used PayPal. The company was obligated to respond but offered only two options. I could take a chance sending the shoes back on my own dime, with no return label from them, or they offered to refund half my money.

I chose the latter, since 99% of the online complaints stated that if you return the products, they will say they didn't receive them and you won't get any of your money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It took from November of 2018 to receive orders in 2019; quality sub-par and no response from the merchant in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM BERRYLOOK WEBSITE!!! Berrylook.com Clothing merchant site is fraudulent in the items advertised; the material is paper thin and is not depicted as shown in the photo. I ordered multiple items and only received two items sporadically of the 4 items originally paid . It took from November of 2018 to receive orders in 2019; quality sub-par and no response from the merchant in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM BERRYLOOK WEBSITE!!!... BERRYLOOK.COM

I made an order in November of 2018 and was assured I would receive for an event Thanksgiving weekend. The items never arrived. In December, I inquired about the order and requested a refund.

I was again assured, I would receive a refund in December, 2018. Today is January 4, 2019. I have not received a refund nor the items. I have begin the formal dispute for the purchase via paypal and am posting to every online venue about the absolutely poor customer service and the outright “STEALING” of customer’s funds.

They don’t deserve one star, they deserve to be closed down- out of business.

Places order my credit card was charged immediately and first one item out of stock email then with a few days another item out of stock. No refund yet. Keep emailing them they keep saying be patient. Order was place September 2018 and it end of November and still no refund. I’ll be surprised if I ever get one. They said refund takes 3 weeks. Hahah it’s been 3 months. Reading other complaints now should have read them before. I’ve ordered from China via eBay and eBay covers them if they don’t refund you!

Unfortuntately I did not research Berrylook prior to purchasing because then I would not have bought from them. BEWARE! Besides their very poor and slow shipping the quality of the merchandise is poor crap.

They DO NOT tell you on their website that in order to return the crap you are required to send it to CHINA! The cost of doing that is more than the cost of what I purchased.

I have contacted PayPal for a resolution and I am awaiting their response. PayPal should detach themselves from doing business with a dishonest company,

Ordered 2 items online on 10/07/2018 and paid by credit card on same date. this was confirmed. After calls for tracking number, I finally received an email on 10/21/2018 that my items were shipped out and received a tracking number that is not correct. I have emailed daily for order information, but no response

The worst online shopping experience EVER! My order was made in June 2018. Many many emails later I finally got 1 out of 4 items. Then another. When the first pair of sandals I ordered came, I found that they didn't fit. I requested info on returning for refund. Their customer service is all but non-existent. The second pair of sandals was the same as the first. I asked for return shipping address and they tried to talk me into keeping the items for a partial credit and then gave me an address that didn't register with the PO or UPS.

I couldn't get them to help facilitate the return so I went to Paypal for help. When they responded to Paypay they gave 5 tracking numbers for 4 items.FAIL! Can't get help there either. Now I won't do business with PP or Berrylook! Heed the advice of all of the commenters on this page and don't buy from Berrylook!!

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from BerryLook a month or so ago. Received an email stating that merchandise had been mailed and listed the tracking number of 300628874765 also. When I tried tracking that number it said that number could not be found. Also I cannot call them because the number listed does not even belong to them. My order number is E404276. Would you please look into this matter and inform me of what s going on. Thanking you in advance.

This company is a huge rip off. They take money and do not send what you ordered. They then keep asking for more and more documentation, sku numbers, photos of item to be returned, unrealistic requests.

When I provided everything they requsted, they told me it would cost too much for me to return but if I wanted to send back, go ahead. At this point I don't believe they would give a refund even if they received my items.

Berrylook.com is a company that advertises the selling of Clothing,Coats etc. Their website with their clothing line seems to pop up all over the internet. I liked some of the clothing so I decided to place an order. I used 2 different credit cards for 2 separate orders. The first order went through got a confirmation number. My second order did not go through at the last screen to pay the screen went blank however the charge went thru on my credit card. I have emailed them 5x about the order that did not go through. They play dumb they keep asking for a order number. I have made it clear what happened they ignore the facts.

In regard to my second order I was told it would be delayed that was only 1 day after I placed the order. I believe their responses are in a computer system they never address any issues. Then I received an email stating one of my orders was out of stock. I just emailed back to cancel my order. Unfortunately I did not check for complaints. There are thousands of complaints online at the BBB and multiple sites all over the world. People never receive their items or the clothing that shows up is in children sizes very flimsy material or you never get what you ordered. I have contacted both credit card companies to try and get my money back. DO NOT GO HERE YOu Will Lose Your Money.

My wife ordered some dresses from Berrylook, Order was supposed to ship in 3-7 days did not arrive until almost 7 weeks later. It was short 1 dress the two she recived were marked a different size than whats on the reciept and appear to be for a small child, and very poor quality. Only way to contact Berrylook is by there in house email and they don't respond back. A google search of Berrylook brings up countless similar complaints.

I ordered a coat beginning of January and I paid £44.14 with delivery thought at the time it was cheap ...they have various other sites various adverts Berry clothes etc... it’s easy to link up...there using fake people that are leaving comments saying there pleased with the goods but anybody with half a brain knows there fictitious ....!!! Now we know!!!!

So I paid and they took my money and said delivery 3-7 days it’s been over 5 months they have done this to Many people,hundreds infact they Advertise on Facebook & Instagramme .... It’s sbsolutely disgusting that these people are making so much money on us people .. they are scammers fraudulently acting on these sights they need to be stopped now!!!!!!!!

.I ordered the 17th of April 4 dresses and some days after they told me that the dresses were out of stock and that I would have to choose others. When I did it they told me again that those dresses too were out of stock So they obliged me to choose from a very little variety of dresses and after they told me that they refund a part of the money I had paid because finally they would send me one of the dresses I chose at the beginning.
