And all of a sudden she didn't want to fix anything else so she's served us eviction papers and said we had to be out before our next payment. is a slum Lord and takes everybody's money. She doesn't want to fix anything she says if you don't like it then move. that's why I do month to month rent. We asked her if she was going to give us our money back and she said it depends on how you leave the house but you have to be out. The day before your second month payment is due or i'm taking you to court. falsely advertised on craigslist saying beautiful home three and a half acres. When in reality you dont even have any yard whatsoever. The truth is she has a huge pole barn in front of the house and all You smell is Marijuana. She is Running an illegal pot shop. And once she was questioned about it she served us an eviction.
