These folks no nothing about customer service and refuse to give you accurate information. I have been dealing with them for a month now and i'm still trying to get them the information they need cause each time i call them i get a different person who tells me something different. I'm sure they hope i go away and not have to deal with helping me but i'm trying to rectify any monies owed or anything they need but they're not willing to help and so i keep getting charged every month.
This is ridiculous and they should be investigated and i'm sure the powers that be will find many in consistencies and neglegence within their organization.
Just a shame...a true shame. Ameirca's business world has become so corrupt anymore i'm almost embarrassed to call myslef an American. Come on people get with it. Karma doesn't like ugly, they really need to remember that.
