This is the text I received yesterday. When I called today to see what it is, I was told by Jeff Scott that I need to make payments by purchasing I Tunes cards and giving them the info on it. That's when it clicked that it is a scam. I have had payday loans before, and didn't think I owed this company any money:
Final notification before arrest warrant gets activated.
The guy I spoke with got very agitated that I was questioning him. I advised him that if I owe money, I have a right to ask all the questions I wanted. He disconnected the call.
Received a threatening text on mobile phone. Advice means that invest one would be issued for me if I did not contact them immediately. Left a link for me to review a case File. Supposedly this file has information regarding why the warrant would be issued. I did not contact them.
I was contacted by Bennathon Law Group via text message stating that I owed Cash Advance America $1265.65. That this was my final notice and if I did not reply a arrest warrant would be issued. Then a total of $6486.73 would be the new balance

I telephoned this law firm and a man answered with a accient stated that this was a law firm but never gave the name we were disconnected several times. I believe this a huge SCAM. I have never done business with Cash Advance America. they also said they would be contacting my place of business and gave all kinds of threats.
KEEP THREATENING, NOT IN THIS LIFETIME. I will be contacting my bank.
