BellaFleur Reviews

24 Nov 2015: I ordered skin care products from Bellafleur.

30 Nov 2015: Postal sticker shows product(s) shipped (6 days after product was ordered)

09 Dec 2015: Product was delivered to mailbox o/a 4:00 pm.

10 Dec 2016: 1:00 pm -- Called Bellafleur CustomerService (spoke to Mike). He asked if I had opened the products and if I had, he could only refund 50%. I informed Mike that I tried the products for one day and didn't want them; that I wanted to return them for a refund. Mike informed me that a refund couldn't be given because it was past the 14 day trial period per the Terms and Agreement. i pointed out that I had 14 days to try the product. Mike then pointed out that the trial period started on the day the product was ordered; that they relied on the postal service to ship their products and were therefore not responsible for when the product arrived. I informred him that I was confused, was it the shipment date or was it the order date that they used. I protested and told him that I would call my bank and stop payment. I was put on "hold" so Mike could talk to someone about the problem. Mike came back and said that he would refund 50% if I agreed not to call my bank and stop payment (This seemed like a strange statement to make).

NOTE: The time periods do not work with the Terms/Agreements.

1. The products were "shipped" 6 days after product(s) were ordered (so why does the time start when you make the order then are told that Bella Fleur doesn't control when the post office makes the shipment?).

2. Products arrived 16 days after ordering (supposedly there's a 14 day trial period that doesn't exist).

3. Trial period was negated due to Bella Fleur's inability to ship on time (date of order, or, date of shipment).

4. Cannot return products if opened; can't try them unless they're opened.

Conclusion: This company pretty much operates like a "self-licking" ice creme cone. A good deal of double-talk

that squeezes money out of you even though they fail to deliver according to their own Terms/Agreements.

Interstate Commerce problems "appear" to be evident and they need to be investigated.
