This is a complete scam advertised on MSN's main page. Bellaathome.com and Action Pro White are the same people. They operate out of the same building. Here is the scam.
They offer a trial of their Teeth Whitening product for $1.50 plus shipping and handling (special promotion). Comes out to about $6.00. But if you do not cancel within 12 days they will each charge you an additional $120/mnth. Not only that but for you to cancel so that you do not receive these charges on your credit card it will cost you an aditional $38 and $9.50 for the two products, just to cancel!!!
My hope is that I can save someone for getting screwed in this scam. How companies are allowed to operate like this is mind boggling. I would assume that they have changed their names before.
Do not order this product , it is a rip off, they take your credit card for shipping they say then start charging you 105.22 a month regaurdless if you return it, please beware, were out $700!!!
I signed up for the trial teeth whitening system, but soon after read how hard it would be to return the product with all the legal jargan so I called to cancel my trial order right away; as I was cancelling my order over the phone one of the prompts said hit 1 the most popular option so I did, then it said for approx. $10 dollars I could keep the whole trial samples and not be liable for any further charges so I did..then they started trying to charge approx. $93 dollars on my credit card over and over again..I had to cancel my credit card.
Bella At Home And Prosmiledirect together took 94.00 on 04/19/2017 and on 04/20/2017 they took 92.00 off my debit card This one company used 2 different name Stay Away so many people have been Victims from this So Call Company. Thanks Doris
I can not believe the gall of this company, along with thier sister company "Spark Whitening". Order from one, Boom you just ordered from both, even if you click NO I DO NOT ACCEPT.
If you do manage to actually speak with someone they may tell you they will refund your money. Don't hold your breath.
I did get my bank involved and they have refunded my money and told me they are well acquainted with this company. Scam Scam Scam. They will also sell your information. Read the fine print... over and over again.
Do not fall for this rip off scam. Even if you wish to cancel after the small fee of $1.03 for the product and $3.87 for shipping you will be charge some additional charge. You will be offered by a computerized personal team member to cancel for a $28.00 fee. If you stay on the line a bit longer while attempting to cancel you will be charged $9.00 and change. The company Bella at home does not ship the product in time for you to even sample the product to see if it works. Try saving a bit of $$ and respect and buy a lemon, a bottle of peroxide and some baking soda. That works great and no one is trying to cheat you!
