Bell Environmental Services Charged $600 for dog sniffing of our home which was not included in treatment if desired. This was disclosed at outset. What was not disclosed was, 1) almost all other companies include this cost if treatment desired, 2) cost of same service is a fraction at other reputable companies, 3) technician purposefully magnifies extent of problem so that most expensive treatment is selected, 4) homeowner is told two treatments are required each billed separately--not like other companies that include both treatments in initial cost. In our home we were told that every room in our house required treatment even though we were subsequently told we had a negligible infestation by another company. Bell wanted to charge us $500/room for a total of $3500, then re-treat for another $3500!! We had the job done, including spray, diatomaceous earth, re-spray and CO2 test of the room and room adjacent for $700--guaranteed! Please don't use this company--not for their cute bug spraying dog or for any service. They are interested in one thing only--stealing your money.
