We ordered sashes for a special needs pageant. We had seen some good reviews but I think they must have been fake. Two days after placing our order Tiffany K sent me an email stating they had had an issue with their square account and had to refund our money. They asked us to use PayPal to place the order this time. We were concerned that the sashes (80 of them) might not arrive in time and asked them if they could get them done. We were assured it would be no problem. When the sashes had not arrived 2 days before the pageant I tried to call as the website said they were still in processing. No one answered and my call was never returned so I went to email. Again I was assured they would get them to me. I insisted they overnight them since it was Wednesday and we needed them Saturday. She said they would overnight them on Friday. I said that did not work as the pageant began early in the day and that we would have to refuse it and ask for our money back if it did not come in time. All the while the first charge has not been refunded. Sashes never came, money never came back, website is down, and they stopped responding to emails. We had to file a dispute for both claims with the bank.
I ordered a sash for the winner of a Pageant. I indicated the date of the event and asked to please ensure delivery prior to event or advise if not possible. Tried to follow up, however, my phone calls were never returned. The Pageant came and went without the sash that was paid for. I continued to try to get hold of someone, I left numerous voicemails, sent instant chat messages on their fraudulent website, and emailed. No response. Finally, after I indicated I was going to report them, they emailed me back indicating they were looking for shipment, and if it couldn't be located, they would give me a tracking number of a new order which they would send that evening. It is now 2 days later and no tracking number, nor call back, no shipment. They are fraudulent and a scam. Someone needs to shut them down!
