On February 17th I ordered a sample size of eye cream to try for shipping charges only from Beauty Impressions. I was charged the shipping chargesf $1.99 on February 19th and received the product shortly thereafter.

On March 7th my credit card was charged $92.79. When I called the number on my credit card statement I was told I had subscribed to a monthly supply of this product and that this was the charge for the one I had already received. I insisted they were incorrect and that I had not signed up to receive this nor to the dollar amount charged. They refuse to honor the original offer made. They will only refund a partial amount of the charge once they receive the product back in their warehouse stating that it would take about 30 days after receipt to process the partial refund. I told them that this was unacceptble and I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as having the credit card company refute the charges. Unfortunately the credit card company will not assist me since I did receive the product - they want to see the original offer which I no longer have. Therefore I am out this money and can only complain to you and the Better Business Bureau.

The representatives on the phone were not from this country and they were very rude and talked over what I was saying continuously. IT IS A REAL RIP OFF

Thanks for the warning

This review was helpful. I called the 800 number to cancel any further shipments and was only able to leave a message. I'm still waiting for a call back. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent any automatic shipments.

Such a scam!

The same thing happened to me. Promised a free jar of Skin Element skin cream and Skin Element Eyevibe for just shipping of $.99 each. Then charged $105.79 and $97.83 because of not contacting them at the end of an alleged "trial period". If there was something in that advertisement that said I'd have a trial period, I would NEVER have ordered anything. The cream and eye conditioner are just creams - nothing special happened to me!! Certainly not worth that much money. I called and they would only refund 40% of the cost. Such a scam!! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They ripped me off too!

I ordered a sample and 15 days later I was billed $170.00 for the two product samples that I received. They claim that the items I received were not sample sizes but were the actual product size. Regardless of the size, I did not order the product. I was simply sampling this product. They said that it was clearly stated on the web page from which I ordered that if I did not cancel within 15 days, I would be billed in full for the product.

Beauty Impressions EyeVibe

I had the same experience as prior review. I was shocked when my charge account bill arrived with a $92.79 charge

This was a Rip Off especially because their ad was for Skin Element S'NAK peptide cream but you had to buy this eye cream in conjunction with the face cream.

I would advise anyone else to steer clear of this.

Subscription

I ordered this product at the 3.99 shipping charge and shortly after saw on my bank statement a charge for 97.00. I called them and they gave me a difficult time and he talked so fast I couldn't understand him and asked to speak to someone who could talk slower and better English. I finally got the manager an after threatening to take them to my lawyer the gentleman offered a refund of 70 % which they did within a week.

Ditto all of the above.

I'm going to contact my credit card company. They called me on a Sunday morning the day after I placed the order confirming that I did in fact place the order so there must have been a red flag somewhere that they didn't disclose to me. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I suggest you do as well to provide documentation that this company is a major rip-off!

Same Ripoff Has Happened To Me

On 6/08/2016 Was billed shipping Charger for Bey,Blissfule Eyes $5.95 with a NJ phone number & $4.95 for Celestial Idol Skin Care with a NY phone number. I thought were free sample, never saw a trial offer to be returned in so many days. On 6/22/16 They Charged me $97.83 and $92.79. When I called them first time I got a girl in a call center you could hardly here or understand her with all the people talking in background, I realized this just their way to confuse you, with Latino, or India accents Also refusing to issue credit on credit card. After reading your reviews afraid I won;t receive credit. Don;t need to pay for more shipping charges. Will call BB Monday morning.

Same ripoff happened to me

I was enticed into ordering the face cream through a pop up ad on my computer. It said nothing about a subscription nor did I authorize any charge to my credit card except for the shipping charge. No where did it say I would be charged for the product. Ironically, my credit card company called me from their Fraud department asking if it was a legitimate charge. Feeling relieved, I complimented them on their great service, gave them a glowing survey review and threw out the box and paperwork for this product. I did not like the cream nor did I want any further shipments or never expected to pay $97 for it! However, now I cannot get the $97 charge off of my bill. Feeling helpless and really upset with both Beauty Impressions and my credit card company, Citi Bank, for fooling me into this. Never, never again will I buy into this "free product" BS that is frequently popping up on ads.

This website company offers to let you try their product for free, if you pay the shipping charges.

There was absolutely no information which indicates that they will charge you for anything but the shipping charges.

Once you receive the product, they ship a product for the next month and then inform you that they have charged you $97 for the first order and $97 for the second order. The first order shows no charges on the actual receipt sent with the product. The second order they sent showd no charges for the product on the paper receipt sent with it.

When you call the number on the receipt, you get a number in Thailand. They run you around and insist that you did sign something on the ordering website. They then show you a hidden box on the website, which makes effectively makes you a member of their "club" and says that they can automatically bill you. This was not visible when I first ordered the product. What was visible was that they were charging $4 shipping to try the product, with no end date immediately visible.

They then tell you that they will give you a refund of half of your order.

This is a clear bait a switch. The product is really just a way for them to not commit credit card fraud.

STAY AWAY! Hopefully, the DA or some governmental agency will go after these people.

SCAM!

I ordered this too, I received it yesterday in the mail. I typed in Beauty Impressions to check them out....all that came up were complaints and what a rip off this company is. I called the phone number that was listed on the packing slip and it was a non working # I had to find a number that someone posted on here. I called and got the run around from someone in India, I told him I found out this was nothing more than a scam and I'd be returning the product and they better not charge my account. He said he'd authorize a 30% refund! I said, "why the hell wouldn't you give me 100% of my money?" I finally hung up on him and he called me right back to give return address. Then he said as a one time deal he'd give me back 70% of my money, I told him I'd be getting 100% of my money because I was going to contact my bank and tell them this is a scam and they get nothing!

He told me that all this was in the ad, I told him there was NO FINE PRINT on their ad and I'd make sure they got nothing. I'm so glad that this web site is available for people to see.

I placed an order believing I could try the product for just $3.95 shipping. As soon as I placed the order I checked on the terms and conditions and realized that it was a "subscription" and I would be billed $97.00. I emailed back and cancelled the order. Sent 2 emails requesting it be cancelled AND also told the lady who called me to try to get me to order another product that I want it cancelled. She said, "the line is bad" and promptly hung up on me. The prodcut came anyway. I then called to cancel it along with any future orders, and attempted to get an RMA so I could return it. They told me I would have to pay a $40.00 return handling fee for something I attempted to cancel and had not even opened, in addition to return shipping fees. This company is a total scam.

SkinElement Snak peptide cream by Beauty Impressions LLC

I made the order with them on the 7th of February but then I made a order online is said $1.99 shipping & handling and one month product free. then I made a order I get charged $3.99 + .99 cents extra. So I call the company and I ask why I get charged different then what you provide me the receipt. They say we always charge $3.99 maybe you see the wrong amount. I said if this is happening I want to cancel my order because I don't trust you. you are saying something and doing something else. They told me that they cancel my order and they will refund my money back. until now they never return my money and on the top they charge me $94.99 dollars. I have to call my credit card company to depute the charges. I am still waiting for my refund. so please be aware these kind of companies are fraud don't order any things with them otherwise you loose a lot of money.

I agree those representatives are not from here. they are very rude and disrespectful same as their mangers.

At the end of March, 2016, I clicked on a ad for Jennifer Aniston and Dr Oz offering a trial of eye cream and face cream. I tried the product. The eye cream irritated my eyes, and it took several days for the burning to disappear. The skin cream was not what was implied on the article. I was not satified with the product. I called on approximately April 5th and was give numbers to return the merchandise. On April 9, 2016, I sent the merchanse back with labels to each bottle with their RMA #. USPS box was sent with Signature Confirmation of delivery. Merchandise was delivered on April 12th per tracking # 23141340000024944454. I still have not received my money back.

Initially, the company said I could try the product for shipping costs of $6 for eye cream and shipping cost of $5 for face cream. I received the products in one box, with an invoice that just stated what I had ordered with no indication that additional costs would be charged.

When I received my credit card bill I had been charged $98 and $93 for the trial product. I only ordered a trial sample, not a one month supply. The company stated that I would receive reimbursement minus a restocking fee. They also wanted to charge $40 for a restocking fee. The product should not have been restocked, since it had been opened and touched.

The company uses many different names: Credit Card Name: Extravagant Beauty Care St 855-549-5857 NY; Aerial Desire Eye Care ST 855-549-5857 : On the invoice in the package the company is Beauty Impressions 855-567-2147. The company address is in San Francisco, CA; The warehouse is in Pacoima, CA; The customer service is in Clearwater, FL 855-549-5857.

I contacted the company at all the different numbers. Although, "Steve" answered the phone, his accent was thick with an India suspect, and may not have been from this country. I also suspect this operation is not from the United States.

Beauty Impressions ran an advertisment on the internet offering a trial of an eye care product which would tighten the skin underneath the eye to help eliminate aging wrinkles. The trial product was offered for the price of shiiping which was about $5.00. The bill/invoice that was shown on the internet reflecting payment indicated that the product cost $zero and the was for free. The company requested a credit card number in order to pay for the postage. There was no way to print a copy of the transaction or the offer so that you would have a record of what was and was not represented.

The ad didn't say or represent that the trial period was for a specific period of time, i.e. 18 days, and that the remainder of the product had to be returned to the company in order to cancel or terminate the trial. The ad represented/implied that the entire product that was being shipped was yours to keep and use without additional payment. Further, nothing was represented or said that after the trial period that customers would be charged $85+ dollars for the product and that customers would be placed on an automatic shipment of the product.

When I attempted to contact the company via the telephone number that was printed on my credit card statement I got a recording indicating that the telephone number belonged to a Pizza Restaurant. I tried the number several times with the same effect.

GET EVEN

First, full disclosure. I am an attorney in CA. I have dealt with a number of these ads personally and hoping my friends. I actually saw Christie Brinkley and I did review the offer and there were no disclosures regarding anything other then you receiving the trial offer for about five dollars and that was it. For them not to disclose that they are signing you up for a monthly program or even to say that you need to refer to the terms which are attached to the offer and hide all that information there in is just unacceptable. It certainly may be viewed by some as fraud. Now when you call the credit card Company and they tell you that you have received the product and therefore there is nothing you can do you tell them that no you signed up for a five dollar payment and now they are charging you $100 payment and you want a fraud investigation as to the additional charges. You tell them that at no time did you check a box or see any offer language that anyway disclosed this additional information, if that was the case in your situation as well. The burden is not on you to establish that you did not sign up for these charges, which is what the credit card company and these businesses would like you to believe. Rather it is the credit it is the businesses obligation to provide evidence that indeed you agreed to pay these amounts and if you asked for a fraud investigation credit card company has an obligation to look into your complaint.... And that does not mean one phone call to the business where the business says yes she signed up. That means the credit card company should ask for the written documents that you signed online or check the box and green to be the green to receive additional product or signing up for a monthly program if they don't have that, and they have no basis upon which to charge you. Can you imagine going a pizza for $10 providing your credit card and then next month another pizza shine soda up and they charge you hundred dollars for it? When you called about the pizza they said oh you signed up for a monthly subscription. Your reply, "I did?" Can I see the paperwork on that? Oh no but you can trust us it was all paralegal. Yeah right if none of the above works I would normally recommend suing them in small claims court but attempting to collect a judgment against some of these companies is difficult although if they are doing business in California you can usually find their agent for service of process that means who you serve your small claims papers on and the chance of them showing up at court are very slim and even if they do they won't have anything to establish the charges and the judge will have either order this type of cream probably or heard about the scan before. If you receive a judgment, it may be difficult for you to enforce the judgment and get them to pay. Therefore you can perhaps request assistance from your district attorney, Attorney General's office for local or state Department of consumer affairs and etc. If you have a friend in the legal business or your handy with Google you might be able to track down Christie Brinkley's attorney and you could send him or her a letter indicating you're going to be naming her personally in a lawsuit unless you receive a prompt refund. I respect a good hustle. If they put the language in there that the trial offer is contingent upon you signing up for a monthly membership and you will be charged unless you cancel, even if it is in small print, then so be it. But to simply offer a free trial for a small amount with no other mention of additional product or monthly memberships and then to just charge your credit card later for an amount that you have not agreed to pay..:.for a project you did not agree to purchase… Seems similar to credit card fraud ? Good luck and don't let these entities get away with this stuff. Ironically, I bet Miss Brinkley would be horrified if she ever ordered her own products or perhaps I am naive.

I am basically stating the same thing everybody else is stating about this product and co. They took me for my money. A total of $381.24 before I could get this product cancelled and done with! It was supose to be a free trial pay shipping & handling and thats it nothing else and next thing I knew they where sending me more product of which I still had almost all of my free trial stuff yet anyways and it would take me almost 6 months I'm sure to use that up. So I couldn't understand why I would be getting another shipment except thinking they must have made a mistake not knowing or realizing that they had already sent my free trial.

Next thing I know 2 weeks later I'm receiving another shipment of the crap. Needless to say, the product didn't work, I was very dissatisfied with it and was in the process of sending it all back when I looked at my bank statement & realized they had been & where charging me almost $200. a month for the crap for at least 2 months.

I imediatly got on the phone and called the number on the invoice and demanded my money back. Told them I was sending all of the product back and did not authorize anybody to be taking money automatcially off of my card. Of corse this was a total losing battle cuz by the end of the phone conversation & alot of raising my voice & getting so very angry the most I could get back of my stolen money was a partcial amount of $95.21 out of a total of $381.24. Thats not even half.

I was totally taken by this company. Mislead, misinformed, & mistaken to think this was a honest legitimate company. As far as I'm concerned they stole my money from me were totally dishonest and I want to just degrade, destroy & tare this company apart. Satisfaction guarantee my a_ _.I'm not happy about anything to do with this product or co. I want everyone to know what a total rip-off it is & to beware so they too won't get their hard earned money stolen from them like I did.

Does cancelling stop the shipments?

I too did not know I had signed up for continuing shipments or that shipments would arrive so frequently you couldn't use the old shipments up .

The product seemed fine... not the miracle described but felt nice on my skin and didn't add wrinkles... just the same as other moisturizes I've tried.

Today I cancelled all future shipments through their customer service... a woman named Sara Walker assured me that i would not receive future shipments or be billed for future shipments. Fingers crossed it works.

TOTAL SCAM

This company is a total SCAM..... I purchased the items online through a link with Dr. OZ. I agreed to pay approximately $10.00 for shipping and handling for both items. Next thing I see, they are charging my credit card $97.00 without my authority. Speaking to a supervisor was HELL. It was like calling a foreign country. They did not want to reimburse me my money, after i repeated myself 100 times that "I did not authorized that charge". Supervisor Sylvester John told me "don't you read the fine prints". I answered - "the Dr. Oz advertisement does not state that $97.00 will be charged for a monthly fee, nor does the link". They now want the items back and for me to pay a restocking fee. A TOTAL SCAM don't do it. Very unprofessional staff. The creams arrived late and then I was charged without my authority $97.00. I told the Supervisor Sylvester John I was going to dispute the charges with my bank he stated and I quote "You better not you will never see your money back". I was baffled and enraged by that answer. Not only do they want the creams back, which is not what was stated on the advertisement " they want to charge me a restocking fee. SCAM!!!!! I am report this to the BBB.....

This company runs a scam

As with all other reviews above this company sends you "free" the product that you chose to get a free trial where you only pay for shipping. The product arrives quickly however at no point or anywhere in their website or these Free trial advertisements it is stated that you are signing up for a monthly subscription for 85+ dollars. I realized my mistake ahead of the 15 day trial period, I called the customer services and even after expressing my discontent for the unethical way of doing business, i was continued to be pressured by the sales representative to change my mind. Eventually I managed to get the person to send me a cancellation for the order not without being asked to send back the product that is claimed to be free!. Of course i have to pay shipping costs to send it back.

When i received the cancellation email they are charging a 20 dollar re-stocking fee.

I was surprised there were no more angry customers putting reviews in the web. These company is so cleverly planned not to be caught you cannot find them in the internet easily. I did my research and eventually found out that SKINELEMENTS Peptide Cream, Avoira Anti aging cream are just a few of their products.

Report this company to consumer affairs, and other review sites to stop conning people. Companies with no ethics should not be allowed to trade - surprosed they are.

Placed an order for a free offer plus shipping charges for a skin product called EyeVibe & SkinElement. Product looked like a Dr. Oz commercial and it was well done. Received the product, but haven't used it. My credit card was charged $97.83 from Celestial Idol skin Care and $92.79 from Intoxicatingeyerecall. I spoke to customer service and they said the charges were placed properly and in accordance with their internet offer. This is a total scam!!!! Need help to try and stop this ripoff. I never recieved anything. Then on 3/15 I was charged 84.95 by RJF*REJFACE. And on 3/16 I was charged 79.92 by ECO*REJUVENATEDEY. I never authorized these and tried to cancel any membership when I didn't recieve anything and saw 2 4.99 charges.I couldn't trace back who I should contact. It's a rip off

I ordered this product supposedly for 4.95 plus shipping at .99 and eye cream at 3.95 plus .99 shipping and was shocked to see a 100.00 plus on my credit statement. Company is a rip-off. They charge you for membership that you have not agreed to and did not have any knowledge you were going to be automatically entered into a membership. I agreed to a free trial of eyevibe and free trial of skin element cream. I was supposed to be charged .99 for each plus shipping and handling which was a total of $12.88. I was okay with that charge and that was what I agreed to pay. Then I notice a recurring debit charge for $97.83 membership fee. This was never disclosed anywhere. So I call the company and they will not give me a full refund. They said for me to return the product and they will charge me a restocking fee of $20.00. If I had been told all of this I sure would have never given them my credit card number. I have reported them to the Better Busines Bureau but naturally they are not an accredited company through the Better Business Bureau. They gave me $40% of my $97.83 back for $39.13. So I am out my $12.88 plus $6.80 shipping to send the product back to them and $58.70 making a total of $78.38 they took me for. The only way I will ever be satisfied is for them to give me all of my money back. This whole ordeal has been terrible. I contacted my bank and they had to delete my credit card and send me a new one. It has been a major stress factor for me.

Skin Element

I also ordered skin cream for 3.95 a shipping fee for a free sample and recieved a bill for 97.83 advertised by Dr Oz and Oprah.

I am 84 years old I have never even bot a 30 dollar skin cream so I would never agree to pay almost 100 dollars.

They are ripping people off who cannot afford to buy face creams for 100 dollars and are living on their social security.

I do not want to hurt my credit card rating but I cant afford to give them 100 dollars so what can I do?

I will call the BB and the consumers affaries offices and see what happens .This is a major rip off and something

should be done about them.

Bought samples for a ridiculous low price, did not like the products

Received 3 months later another shipment

was charged $90 + , twice

called, talk to Jennifer who has a difficult accent to understand,

she tried to explain numerous times how wondeful the products were, that i had only 30 days to cancel, it had expired, i could give the products to someone else etc...

I demanded to talk to a manager saying there was dishonesty in the company, she offered me 50% refund,

i asked for a manager, she offered me 70% discount,

i asked again to talk to a manager, she put me on hold and after 3 min wait, offered me full refund.

My recommendation : stay calm, courteous, and on the line until you have full refund!

I responded to a product promotion by Dr. Oz for skin care and eye syrum. The promotion specifically stated I would receive a free bottle of the skin care and eye syrum and pay only shipping charges.

After ordering the item I became aware that the company intends to enlist me in a membership and send the product once a month and charge my credit card $190.60 each month. It was not my understanding that I was joining a membership club. I thought I could receive the product and use it and if I liked it I could then place an order.

As soon as I became aware of this misinformation I called Beauty Impressions and requested they cancel any membership or subscription they have enrolled me in and told them I do not authorize the company to charge any future amounts to my credit card. I explained that I was not disputing the charges for shipping and handling for the free products I was but that they could not charge any further payments to my credit card.

The person I spoke with would barely allow me to speak and kept repeating (or reading a statement) saying that it is very clearly stated on the order form that by ordering the product and paying the shipping and handling that I agreed to the terms of receiving it monthly and agree to the charges to my credit card. He also said the product I was receiving is not free that it is a 30-day package and if I was going to cancel that I had to send the product back at my expense.

I went to the site of the promotion and read to him what it said: Receive a FREE bottle and pay only shipping. While I was on the site I realized that the products I received and the promotion products were not even the same product. This is a bait and switch situation. I tried to comment on that promotion site but although it has a link to add a comment it would not take me to the link.

I have contacted my credit card company and they have put a stop payment on it for future charges but told me that this process is not always effective. I am doing everything I can to ensure additional charges will not be made on my credit card but I am not positive this will happen.

After hanging up with James at Beauty Impressions he called back and left a voice mail stating that he is not cancelling my membership or subscription until the FREE product has been returned.

I ordered samples of Skin Element and EyeVibe for $4.99 each plus shipping. THIS IS ALL I ORDERED. A few days later my account was charge by Beauty Touchup $97.83 and a day or so later Splendid Ritz charged $92.79. I have received nothing and cannot locate them to put a stop to this. A real rip off and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. This was a GREAT slice of my limited monthly income. Can't someone stop thes people. They have an address of 12924 pierce Street

As many others have said, this company offers a free sample, all you pay is shipping, but two weeks after your order they bill yer card twice for a total of about 200.00. No where during the order process did it say i was joining a club, or that i would be billed any further. I thought i was getting free samples. This just happened so i have yet to try to get a refund, i will post updates.

Typical "Bait & Switch": offers $0.99 "trial sample", then two weeks later bills acoount for $97.83. Thereafter sends product monthly and bills $97.83. Wife left for Europe before second shipment arrived, and I did not suspect anything as she occasionally orders such products. When second shipment arrived on 5-16, I became suspicious, and contacted her in Europe. She vehemently denied authorizing these shipments and asked me to take action to stop this activity, and seciure refunds for all three shipments. She told me she threw out the first container as it irritated her skin. Attempts to contact this company by phone were a waste of time as their phone connection is "bad" (deliberately), and repeatedly disconnects. Also, the "customer service center" must be in India, or some such place, as the two individuals with whom I spoke could not speak intelligible English. So, combine the "bad" phone connection with foreigners unable to speak English clearly, and we have a system designed to frustrate the dissasified consumer to the point he or she just gives up out of frustration.

I ordered a skin care (Skin Element - trial) and eye care product (Eye Vibe) online from Beauty Impressions with the agreement this was a 30-day trial offer. I was charged $10.00 for shipping. Today I saw I was charged $97.83 for one of the products as a monthly charge. I called and told them to cancel the charge. I was told the only thing that could be done, first, was they would charge me partially $94.00 to keep the products and cancel the order. All the while, I was told the website said I would be charged the $97.83 monthly. I did not see it. Nor was the monthly charge mentioned on the two invoices they sent me when I ordered the samples. Nor were there dates saying when I could cancel the order. After much loud complaining saying I should not be charged anything, the telemarketer gave me instructions to mail the trial bottles back to them, and would be charged $20.00 for restocking! I stated I should not have to pay even $20.00. This is clearly a snake oil business. I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.

Claim to offer you a free trial and then charge you a total of ,180.00 dollars for trial and did not mention to return in 15 days but claims to see results in 30 days, so why send it back in 15days if claiming to see results in 30days will go into your bank account without you knowing.

The free products for just a small shipping cost is fraudulent and deceving. The small print is burried in the bottom of the disclosure they said, (who really reads these pages of legal terms? ) By returing the products, again like the other complaints the sample we got cost around $30.00 each for the two products we ordered. Plus the shipping to return the crap. On top of that I got a Eastern Indian (impossible to understand) on the customer support line and this whole experience is a nightmare. DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS.!!!

This company is a very deceptive and crooked company! Unless you go into their disclosure of all the legalities (which none of us read) you will not find out you have signed up for a auto-ship monthly product at nearly $200 per month. If you choose to send the products back without even opening them they charge a $20-30fee per product! plus charge you with getting the crap back to them. Buyer beware of all the small print in this kind of scam!

Scam

Actually I would give it 0 star. I experienced the same, adding my voice to the charge. It's such a violation, and though I liked the creme until the 97.00 charge, I am now afraid to use it. Who knows what's in it or if it's even sanitary. I've wished up to internet offers for good and staying with established, trustworthy companies.

I ordered sample only. I did not request a subscription nor was any box checked authorizing a subscription. Called to cancel any future orders but woman gave me the run around and hung up on me. Called back numerous times and can't get through. Product is junk and my face broke out horribly. I don't have sensitive skin.

Beauty Impressions

The same thing as all the others happened to me. Called and cancelled the subscription that I never signed up for. Did not receive any confirmation that this actually happened. Then called credit card company and blocked the dames of the merchants that had charged on my cc. I am hoping this works. Feeling very dumb and totally scammed.

SkinElement is a Fraud and One Big Scam

I, too, ordered a trial of the SkinElement Cream. I paid $3.95 for the sample and then, a few days later, I was charged for a subscription $97.83 which I id not order. The cast of characters is the same, Sara Walker and Supervisor Sylvester John, which I'm sure are assumed names. They both sound like they have Indian accents. After reading all the complaints on your site I realize that the only authority that we need to contact is the FBI, nobody else has any real power to retrieve our money. These perpetrators need simply to be arrested and prosecuted for fraud and transporting false goods across state lines. The products are inauthentic and toxic. When one applies this product to their skin one can immediately feel the toxic gases lifting from their face and entering their eyes. This is a public health hazard and the Department of Health should be notified along with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.. Their offices should be raided and then closed for good.

Advertised using Dr. Oz and Barbara Strasand, and said the product would be sent out as a free sample for 15days but you only pay a shipping and handling fee of $3.95. If you like the product then they will ship you additional shipments going forward. I ordered the product bases on these terms. I got a call from Customer service to add an additional eye cream at the same S&H fee with no commitment if the product did not work. She said all I have to do is call Customervservice and cancel my order and my card would not be billed. After I tried the product for the first time I had an irritation, I called CS and tried to cancel my order. I spoke to a Mr. Luke who first tried to talk me out of not cancelling my order, then he said he would charge me 50% (this was suppose to be a free sample) so I told him this and he said , no it would cost $97 per product or if I agree to keep the product he would give me a discount and it would cost me around $50.00... I told him I would like to return the product. He gave me an RMA number and sent me an email letting me know that now I have to also pay a restocking fee of $20.00 per product!

EXTREME RIPOFF with a rating of -0000.

I TOO AM IN THE SAME SITUATION as all of the above, I believe with all of the complaints I have seen thus far, we all should get together and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. This morning I wanted to check my balance on my checking account and saw a charge of $97.83 from a Preciouseve on my listed charges. Now I know I ordered two TRIAL offers from a company called Beauty Restor and was to pay only for the shipping and handling fees. When it arrived, the outside of the box and the letter inside had Beauty Impressions as the name of the company. Not knowing what that was I did an internet search and got a page for that company with a listing from the BBB, and a lot of listings of complaints. The BBB had a response that they had not applied for an accreditation, so therefore the BBB is not able to help with the thirty-one complaints that were sent to the BBB. I then go that page which is titled Beauty Impressions LLC., right below that name is a map and then all the listings of reviews which are all find the of complaints. I then tried to find a listing then tried to find what Preciouseve was that charged me $97.83 and my MasterCard also showed a CROSS BORDER FEE. The only page that comes up takes you to a page with only contact information. This page also listed the corporate address located in: Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 4YY, UK. I called the number that was listed 855-292-6794 to try to find out why I was charged the $97.83. However, he is talking over me and is telling me that they were not trial size products, but full size products and that if we didn't want it within a 14-day period it had to be canceled before the 14 days expired. I tried to explain that I only ordered what was advertised on the web page for trial products, but he kept talking over me, not letting me to get a word in edgewise. I happened to make that called on the 15th day (which just so happened to be a SATURDAY!!) I tried to tell him there was nothing said that it had to be canceled before the 14 days expired! I again tried to talk to him to tell him that there was no information about 14 days anywhere, not even on the letter that was sent, just that it had to be back at their facility for a refund, a refund of what I thought. Not one word about being charged the $97.83 on the 14th day, only a 30-day return period and it had to arrive at their location BEFORE the 30 days expired. Plus, it had to have an RMA number or it would not be accepted. It did not state why there would be a refund nor what the refund was for. I tried to tell him there was only a mention of 30 days. He still continued to talk over me. I requested to speak to his supervisor and finally got him to get his supervisor, he came back about 30 seconds later and states his supervisor was not available. I asked again to talk to his supervisor and again he put me on hold, I tried 4 times to get the supervisor and each time I was put on hold for a short period only to have him again comes back and tells me his supervisor is still not available that there was a huge volume of callers and the supervisor was still not available. Every time I tried to say something he would start talking over me. This made so angry that if I cursed he definitely would have gotten the F... word from me, that word always made me cringe. I kept also trying to tell him I was going to file a formal complaint against him, which didn't seem to faze him. He finally says that his supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. I AM STILL WAITING!! I finally asked for his last name and he gives me "PATE”. Now all of you and I know that this foreign speaking person’s name he provided is not 'ALEX PATE".

A Story Twice Told

There should be a "No Star" for this company, together with a large fine for failure to ethically present a product for sale. Never has a scam been more obvious than this one. As with the many displeased patrons of this product who have taken the time to write of their abuse by Beauty Impressions LLC, my story is similar: an enticing offer for the opportunity to try 2 beauty products for a very minimal cost, only to soon thereafter to be billed nearly $200. for the product. I believe this to be a scam and reported it promptly to my bank and will be filling a fraud complaint. If enough fraud complaints are filed, perhaps the credit card issuers will deny these scammers a source of payments.

Evidentally you had to click on the "terms" button to see what was really going on with this company. I liked the products, but not the way they got me to try it in the first place. I first thought my bank account had been hacked when the charge appeared. I did call them and the man said they wouldn't charge for the other half, but I don't believe him since I've seen other reports where they won't stop charging month after month.

Don't try the FREE TRIAL for EyeVibe and SkinElement. Nothing is free on that site. They charge a nominal amount for shipping when you order and in the fine print that I didn't see, in a few weeks they charge $97.83 each for the two products and say you agreed to receive them each month.

This company has a webite selling a sample for $4.95. Do not give them your card information. They will charge it for $97.83. Good Luck trying to get it back they dispute every claim by saying they mailed out their stupid product. I am still fighting Citibank trying to get my money from this criminals. They have numerous different businesses and none of the phone numbers work and good luck getting on any of their websites! I am taking this all the way. My daughter is in law enforcement in a nearby city to their address in Pacoima and they will be getting a visit soon if I don't get my money back! DO NOT PURCHASE A FULL BLOWN SCAM WITH VARIOUS COVER UP BUSINESS NAMES. I WAS DUPED BUT NEVER AGAIN! THEY WILL BE SHUTDOWN.

I am trying to get reimbursed for a $98.83 charge made to my SSI benefits credit card without my authorization. I have contacted the company and spoken with a 'supervisor', but was told he could not assist me because it was a prepaid card. I explained that this was my SSI card, but he still said he could not assist me. He was not rude, just not willing to help. This transaction has greatly compromised my finances since this is my only source of support. I have sought assistance with the credit card company and they are working to fix this situation, but told me it is a lengthy process. I also have registered a complaint with the BBB about this incident and hope something is done about companies charging credit cards like this. You ask if 'I' used a credit card for this transaction, but 'I' didn't, but the charges were made to my credit card. Please help me get back the funds charged to my account. Thank you.

I responded to an ad from Beauty Impressions on the internet, saying I could try out a skin cream and an eye cream - just pay for shipping and handling ($1.95 each).

There was no mention of what the price would be if I decided to continue, but I was given the option of cancelling if it didn't work out.

I had the products for less than a month, and received the billing for continuing. The costs were $97.83 for the Salvation Skin, and $94.68 for the Blissful Eyes. I have not received any additional product. Does that mean I was charged for the trial samples?

I fear that I am now going to be charged every month for items that I don't believe were worth almost $200.

  • Aug 30, 2017

The company advertises an anti-aging anti-wrinkle cream for $4.95 a jar. It does not indicate that it is a 14 day trial period nor that it really costs$97.44 billed monthly on some auto-ship schedule. There are 3 phone numbers listed for customer service: 1) (855) 772-7556 2) (844) 621-2325 3) (844) 844-0187 None of which answered when I attempted to call. Various websites say to cancel the subscription you must contact Customer Service to get a " Return Authorization number" to return the merchandise subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. The merchandise arrives with no ingredients list nor instruction for use.. All around just another scam product targeting women who can ill afford the monthly $97 fee.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

My story is the same as all the others. Didn't know I was subscribed to this product, company or whatever until I reviewed the status of my bank account and saw a charge for $97.83. I called the bank to see what the charge was for and was told "Beauty Impressions." I called the company and got a person who talked over me and finally offered a 50% refund. This is not a company I ever want to do business with again. They're out and out thieves. No stars for them!

  • May 30, 2017

Ordered a one time sample of skin cream & eye cream and then found that they had put me on a subscription for the so called sample products. The products didn't work as promised.

  • May 29, 2017

After MUCH double-talkand attempts to change my mind, I finally got my eye-vibe and skin element shipments from beauty impressions in pacloma, ca cancelled. i have saved the cancellation e-mails acknowledging that both products had been cancelled. the very next month, the same products started showing up again, this time under the name of LA skin in Greenwood villiage, co and taking nearly $100 per product out of my bank account. Surely this must be a bunch of federal crimes, like mail fraud, bank fraud or theft by misrepresentaion or something, isn't it? i thought the problem was finally put to rest and i never subscribed or ordered ANYTHING for any of these people. how can they just start sending me stuff i never ordered and taking my money out of my account? i want this to stop and my money back and never to hear from these theives again. if possible, i want to pursue any and/or all legal action against them.

i am irate and i do not believe this is not a crime or multiple crimes. this is the bank account i have all my bills auto paid from so when $200 suddenly justt dissappears from the account, it could potentially cause me alot of trouble and expense if i didn't keep such a close watch on my accounts. i am happy to go to whatever lengths it takes to stop these pirates. I DID NOT use a credit card for this transaction (as asked below) but they (the company) did!

SCAM

I am not so eloquent with my words and tend to ramble. Sorry about this.

I bought this gift as a one time purchase for someone who wanted facial cream. I had only picked them for they had a deal and thought why not, I'm a broke college student. Turns out it is this is not a one time deal, supposedly you have signed up for them to send their cheap product and charge you $90+dollars. The credit card I had used I had only used it for Christmas, payed it off, and put it away for emergency situations. The first package I received I thought was a mistake and set on counter to deal with and with school kind of forgot about it, then another package arrived and thought no coincidence. Check my "untouched" credit card statement to find $270+ in charges. Now I have two untouched packages of their cream and have been charged 3 times (yeah thoughs numbers don't match up). I decide to call them up and deal with this. Apparently the first shipment they will accept returns in 30 days ( I gave this as a gift), after that they do not accept returns. After some time of talking to them they tell me the best they can do is credit me 70% on my last order and oh " wow" I get to keep their product. Yep I cried, that broke of a college student.

Scam scammers

Can I give no stars or - stars. They have charged my card so many times using different names. I had not been using my this card except to pay for my 30 year school reunion tickets and room in Sept. That is when these charges started. I had finally paid down my Sam's Club credit card. I had called to get my account bal. and to find out my bal. and why I haven't got my bill last couple months. I had lost my job on 11/30/2016 with my last I paid out $700.00 to get this card paid down. Well, I find out that I have a bal of over 1800.00. I have been charged from Nouva ,Beauty Products mall and nutra beauty. Made calls to have them stop and they will not. Charging my card well over 900.00 dollars. Amount a month ago I received some padded envelopes with the address on them tried to call and I get the Verizon recording that this number is not accepting calls at this time. To top it all off whoever mailed the packages to me used the labels that you can order for free from UPS store. It states on the label that it is for UPS shipping only. They used them for United States Postal Service. What a bunch of losers. I took pictures and wrote on the packages "RETURN TO SENDER" also noted the UPS notice and made it well known that they where using the lables.

  • Feb 8, 2017

I recently purchased a free sample (only to be charged shipping and handling) from an ad on Facebook. 2 weeks later I found a charge on my bank acct for the full price. There was NEVER anything stating I was joining something where they would be deducting money from me every month. I never would have agreed, I've been around long enough to know what I may be getting into, but there was no fine print or anything that's why I bought it! I have since found complaints ALL over the internet about the same issue. I called the company and they won't refund my money.
