This company is a scam and a ripoff. They will use your info to charge your for product you have not ordered. They will deny the refund unless you fight it.

A woman called me to ask if i wanted to ordered and i said no. Next thing i see is a package in my mailbox and the charge in my account.

It took me a fight over the phone and 20 minutes to get the rep to refund some of the money.

Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Scam scam scam.

This has happened to me before with another product and company. I had just gotten my eye vibe Trial) and my skin element Trial) in the mail. This morning i happened to call the toll free customer number for some information. When i ended up speaking to someone obviously not from here, it made me more concerned. She gave me information that i was not aware of such as i will be charged nearly $ 200.00 for these two products by the end of two weeks not thirty days even though it's a trial offer. I did not ask to be a subscriber. She said send them back. I asked " send back the products that i got for a trial and used"? She gave me shipping numbers to put on the box as well to send them back. Why so they can send them out again after cleaning the top of the jar and repack them for someone else them can scam?

Omg, they ought to be put in jail stealing peoples money like this. I will contact my bank to let them know, about this scam, so beauty impressions won't be able to scam me no further. This devil won't get another dime from me. I paid for shipping and handling. I hope that i don't have to pay for it to be returned. Be careful consumers. Do your research. The devil will steal from you any way he can. This is one of his scams to do so. Don't get caught.

I just learned this morning that my elderly mother, who mind you lives in poverty, was just scammed out of a months worth of her income by this company. I am not turning the other cheek on this one. I am contacting a lawyer about class action.

If you are considering class action on beauty impressions, contact me. Lets team up.

These companies advertise on the internet as beauty products that remove facial wrinkles, etc. They get you to try a trial size by only asking for you to pay the s&h. Every one of these are affiliated with Christy Brinkley and Dr. Ozz. When you receive the product there is absolutely no paperwork for you to cancel or report that you didn't like the product.

After about 2 weeks to 1 months, you receive a second supply and they charge your credit card for anywhere from $50.00 to $100.00. There is nowhere for you to cancel before you receive the second shipment.

I have cancelled my credit card once to get away from them, I am not doing this again. The second shipment of one has come with paperwork stating what you received.

The one actually sai9d you were trying products for beauty industries such as Clinic, Esta Lauder, etc.

I don't know why I fell for this scam but I am ready to shut down my facebook account and cancel my credit card completely.

This is a total rip off, sponsored by Christy Brinkly and Dr. Ozz.

I can bet you have received other complaints about this scam. And to add to all the crap advertised the products do hot work.

I hope you can help me with this. Please notify me if you can not.

Thank you for your time and attention to this scam,

Marian

Purchased a trial for a skinelement s'nak peptide cream Face cream) and a trial for eyevibe anti-aging eye serum. Three different charges for shipping and handling of $5.95, $4.95 and $.99 then a charge of $97.83 after products were received. Called company and at first they wouldn't credit money back or cancel orders for following months. When threatened with a lawsuit and reporting to the better bereau business, the supervisor agreed to a cancellation of the products and a refund for all amounts that were charged.

Do not use this website to purchase products, it's a complete scam.

Beauty Impression advertises, in the name of the actress Angelina Jodi attributing her divorce from Pete to her devotion to developing this beauty product, and offers a free trial for the SkinElement cream at $5.99 plus $0.99 fee and EyeVibe cream at $3.95 plus $0.99. Three weeks later an additional charge of $105.79 and $97.83 appeared on my credit card. I did not realized until the second shipment of same products appeared the next month and another $105.79 and $97.83 on my credit card. All I wanted is the free trial. Now I got charged over $400. There is no free trial and they claimed that when I ordered the free trial, I was automatically enrolled in the monthly auto shipment. I called the company to tell them that I had not enrolled in the auto-shipment program. They only agreed to refund for the second shipment, but refused to refund for the first free trial shipment. This is a big ripoff. On top of it, my skin breaks out all over my body only after one week of using the cream. Nothing good has come out of this free trial scheme -- all bad through and through.

Instagram Scam

Purchased the product on an Instagram offer, the offer did not mention that it was trial and that I would be charged $97! When I found the charges in my bank account I immediately called my bank and had the charges reversed. Fastest way to shut them down is through charge backs, let your bank fight for you as charge backs will damage Skin Elements credit card reputation as a seller and eventually stop them. Facebook and Instagram I hope you are listening, this is NOT cool that you allow companies like this into our social environments. KEEP THEM OUT.

Clicked on an ad in facebook. Ordered the samples of Skin Elements and Eye Vibe. Did not order anything else and did not OK any future products. Used my credit card to pay the required shipping charge.

Really did not like the product and was not interested in purchasing anymore.

Was checking my bank account and noticed 2 charges for $97.83 to Youth Keeper and 2 more charges for $105.79 to Healamb*Eyecare. After some investigating and help from my bank, we found the main company name of Beauty Impression.

Contact was made with Beauty Impression and the ensuing conversation with their representative, who barely spoke passable English, resulted in the denial of total refunds, although offers were made by the rep for 50% and 70% refund. I refused to accept anything less than the total amount and having already spoke with my bank fraud unit, made an official report to them.

Additionally, as some searches revealed this company is located in California and Florida, a search for the area code: 855 indicated this area code was shared by the US and Cambodia.

Will sit back and let my bank's fraud team take over.

Ordered christy brinkley's free trial of face cream and eye serum on 10/10/2016 for the cost of shipping. My account showed two charges on it for $105.79 and $97.83 on 10/25 & 10/27. I called the numbers listed with the charges and spoke to associates that were foreigners and very hard to understand. They told me i had exceeded the deadline for cancelation and return of the products. I ask them why the letter i received with the product stated the return had to be by 30 days. Told me one product had a 14 day trial and the other a 16 day trial and that i should have called them to cancel within those time frames. Then said could he offer me them at half price to keep them coming. Tried to stay calm when he told me it stated these requirements in the advertisement and i must have missed it. I canceled everything called my bank and canceled my card and requested a new one. If christy brinkley and dr oz are affiliated with this scam they should be ashamed. If there is a class action in process please add me to it. I am a senior on a fixed income.

Rip off and will not return your money

Got ahold of BBB and they would not respond but sent me emails that I would have my refund in 12-14 days with a $20 restocking fee. Nothing so contacted them and will not reimburse because when I cancelled their scam they deleted my information. Back to BBB. This is not the end.
