Bought and paid 138.56 for a lighting fixure that incuded a 18.16 charge for there option of faster shipping that says 10-15 days. Ordered on 1-18-21. Todays date 2-4 -21 and all I have is Fed Ex saying they received the info but no pick up as of yet and nothing showing for a tracking. Fed Ex number (782931098892)

I ordered a ceiling light on August 23, 2020. The company's website falsely stated that standard shipping to the US would take 10 to 15 days. The company immediately charged my credit card $123.29 but never delivered the light. They keep telling me the order has "shipped" and provided a tracking link which does not work.

On September 29, 2020, I tried to cancel the order but they said per the terms on their website, I cannot cancel the order. On October 9, 2020, I threatened to contest the charge with my credit card company. They now claim that my light has shipped by "air" and is still on its way.

BEWARE! Been over a month - Only received 1 unit of my 2 unit order. No phone number, no email address - I am so stupid for doing business with this company. No instructions inside unit. They shipped it ON A BOAT!!!! that was never presented up front!
