This company prays on the weak and vulnerable. The free trial offer of $12 results in charges of $356 before you get your first credit card bill. You agree to the Terms and Conditions when you place your "free" order. The Terms and conditions are on 2 pages and the second page is not visable. The actual Terms and Conditions are well hidden on the web site. BEWARE. By agreeing, you have a purchase contarct with the vender. You cannot get your CC company to remove the charge. The only recourse is to change CC. You can also call to cancel but you cannot return of avoid charges except in the first 15 days. You will not receive product until after 13 days from order.

THis is a classic case of deceptive marketing. There are other free trial offer scams on the internet. If it says free ---AVOID.

The best recourse is to report this to the FTC for investigation. Thes are really bad people who are after your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

BeauteLift Eye Cream and anti aging serum is advestized on the internet and maybe on TV, they have different web sites all starting with the same name. They are thiefs and do not give you any good service. We ordered some product did not receive it, so we called to cancel it because we bought something locally. I was charged for the product anyway. When I called them they wanted to give 35% later 55% off the price, and even for the products that were not delivered. So they ripped me off 89.95 and another 4.99 and 4.95. When I wanted to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold for over 25 minutes. Next supervisor comes one, with some Indian accent and he continues to offer the same deal. The are theif and disohest, know I have to call the credit card company and spend more time to open a dispute. They do not list any fax, phone number or email or any address so go figure what kind of company they have.

Their terms and conditions say they will email you in 14 days after sending the first bottle at which time you can click to auto renew. I received no email, but was charged for the trial ($4.95) bottle at $89, followed by another bottle (also $89). Terms and conditions also say that if EVER you are not satisfied, you can call and request a refund. When you try, they tell you that "ever" offer expires 30-days after receiving the product.

Bank of America is just as bad since they side with this unscrupulous merchant instead of their long-time customer.

I received the trial size items and a few weeks later recived a bill for 87.94 and 89.95 for the "trial items" telling me that I didn't respond within 14 days....

Nowhere was it written that I should respond within 14 days or I would be charged for this miniscule amount of the product, which certainly was thee size of a trial size....M

y VISA bill is due, and I wonder if I should pay it.....Please tell me what I should do at this point

A $4.95 free trial was advertised. Initially, I completed all the information on the online form except the payment information. I was skeptical so I closed my browser. The next day, a customer service agent called me and said he saw that I failed to complete the payment portion of the form to complete my free trial, but if I indeed had the $4.95 for the shipping charge, he’d be glad to assist me with delivery of the item. He assured me that $4.95 would be the ONLY charge to my account and that covered the shipping of the item, but the item was in fact free. I just reviewed my credit card statement and I have an additional $4.99, $89.95, and $87.94 in charges on my account.

I immediately called the 800 number listed on my statement and Nicholas told me I should’ve read the terms and conditions, but he’d offer me 30% discount. I rejected that, then he offered a 50% discount, and I rejected that one as well.

He then proceeded to offer me a 75% discount. I asked him would that 75% be taken off of the entire $182.88? He said no, it would be taken off the last charge of $87.94. He also said he was simultaneously canceling my account so I wouldn’t be charge any further. I asked him what further charges had I incurred to even be charged for, he said he didn’t see what the significance was of answering that question if he’d already canceled the account. I’m utterly appalled at the unmitigated gaul this company has expressed in robbing my account.

When I initially ordered these products online on 10/10/17, I was not tod that I must cancel after " a 14-day trial," and that I agree on term/condition. It stated that I would pay shipping/handling for free samples. however I have not tried the products.

I called my bank today to dispute the unauthorized charges. my bank in return gave me a contact number to reach the company. I called twice to express my disapproval of being scammed by them. Each agent, Issac and Ron, would not acknowledge that the company was a scam, and each stated that I would lose my money if I continued my dispute with my bank.

Well on sanpchat there’s an add for this product to try for 4.99 just shipping and handling. As you continue your business to purchase it adds on other amazing creme to use for round the same price. Just pay shipping and handling. I receive the box finally. Awesome. Yay. As I look in my statements it says 89.99 twice. Wait, what, why!! I call and they say it was on the site at the time of purchase that after 14 days I will be charge for the full price. No it did not. No where did it say. I call and all they say is we can cancel the subscription but we can’t refund the money back. At the same time they are trying to offer a 35% or a 50% employee discount. Don’t buy this product. Waste of money!!!!

Same as everyone else who has made a report about this scam of a company. I ordered the free trial where I only had to pay for shipping. They automatically added an eye cream and I was charged shipping for that as well without my authorization to do so. I was like..."Whatever, it's still a great deal to have both products for only shipping" No where on that website did it say anything about being charged full price for another 30 day supply of each product. Went to try and buy groceries with my budgeted weekly amount and my card was declined! So I pulled up my bank statement to see what was going on because I knew I had money in the bank.

I am very good about budgeting and finances and its the exact same every single month for us! So what do I find when I log into my banking app? Two separate charges for d**n near $90.00 each for these products that I NEVER ordered more of, nor did I ever authorize these transactions. So here I am in the grocery store in tears with my 3 small children, who are all 3 in tears at this point now because they are realizing that we now will have NO food for the week!

I am on a very strict budget and literally now have absolutely NO money for food!! Not to mention the 2 overdraft fees of $35.00 each that I have now been charged because of this companies (cant even consider them a company at this point! They are a JOKE!!) scam and carelessness! I have emailed them to the email address that they sent me emails from when I originally ordered the trials, and have heard absolutely nothing back from them! Oh, and when I ordered the free trials and paid the shipping, I was immediately sent 2 separate emails confirming what I had purchased and that it was on the way. Well with these 2 new almost $90.00 each charges (that again I NEVER authorized!!)

I have not received an email or any sort of communication to confirm the newest unauthorized transactions!! The phone numbers in the emails (2 separate emails, 1 for each product and a different phone number in each email) get me absolutely no where!! I don't know what to do!! I need my money back!! I need to be able to feed my children!! We are literally running on "fumes" if I can put it that way eating the bare minimum of what food I still have in my house! What can I do??? Someone please help me?!?! How is this even legal and why hasn't this scam of a company been taken down yet!!

I saw that the 2 women who invented these creams were on the TV show "Shark Tank" and were supposedly the first ever in the history of the show to have each and everyone of the investors, invest into this product and their company. I'm half tempted to find contact info for the TV show and talk to them and see what they know or maybe can do. Unless that was a scam as well and these ladies were never featured on the show! I wouldn't doubt it honestly! Me and my babies are so sad that this happend. All we want is our money back so that I can go grocery shopping darn it!

I still don't understand how this is legal and how anyone with a beating heart could do this to people and scam them out of every last penny they have?!?! And now because of this I will have a hard time with food again next week because of the 2 $35.00 overdraft fees I was charged!! I want to find these low life sum off the bottom of my shoe people and strangle them! Its the hardest thing in the world to watch ypur kids cry because they can't get food for the week. The worry in their eyes thinking they were literally going to have to starve for an entire week was honestly the hardest most sad thing I have ever experienced in my entire life!! SHAME ON YOU BeauteLift!!!!

I unfortunately got suckered into ordering what was supposed to be a free trial of two face cream products, as I'm getting older and female, I'm vulnerable to these. Or I should say WAS vulnerable. I had to learn a hard lesson. The trial samples were supposed to be free, and you pay shipping and handling of $4.99 for each one, and they add in a fee of $1.99 for whatever reason as well. I was ordering from my phone, and didn't see the ultra tiny fine print that said unless you cancel within 14 days, they charge you for more and ship it to you, no notification or anything. Two charges, one for $89.95, the other for 87.94, left my account in the negative and luckily I had enough available in my overdraft to cover it. I got a number for the company from my bank, called to try and get a refund, explaining that I'm a senior in a fixed SSDI income, and they were so unsympathetic and downright rude I could not believe it. One rep told me the charge was for the samples that were sent. Tiny little .5 oz samples! Almost $90.00 each!?!? Holy cat crap! When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for way too long, then the guy who answered was even more rude and unsympathetic that the rep before him. I explained that I'm on a fixed meager income.

He didn't care. He said I had another shipment coming as well. I said I need to cancel out of this, and I will be refusing the next shipment, and returning it. He said that I cannot cancel out, that I have entered into a legally binding contract. I must pay for all shipments, and even if I send them back unopened, I will not receive any refund. I lost it, and spewed forth obscenities like a sailor during wartime. I pretended that I didn't know that all I have to do to prevent any further charges is canceled my credit card and order another. I just wanted to see what he would say when I said, so, you mean that I have to keep paying almost $180 a month for something even if I don't want it? And he said yes. I said, well, if I refuse a shipment, return the package unopened, then will I get a refund? "No... You will still be charged even if you return the package unopened. You have entered into a legally binding contract that you cannot get out of. I feel like I've also entered... The Twilight Zone! Since when can you not cancel out of a "membership" for anything? My bank would not help me dispute this, and they will not refund my money. So I unhappily accepted their offer to refund me 35% of $177.89. I will never order anything online ever again because of this incident, at least I feel that way for now, because it has made me rather paranoid.

Wow...I actually found this site by questionable means, so lesson learned! I purchased the anti-aging serum on May 1st...never opened it and never used it....had life happen and didn't really even think about it until ny husband saw the charge for $89.95 on our account this morning. I never agreed to an auto-shipment of $89.95 a month so I'm trying to find the small print. The terms of the trial and refunds are not fully disclosed at purchase and when you call to complain, you are NOT allowed to speak with a supervisor and NOT allowed to return unused/unopened products - period. One of the girls tried to up-sell me and I'm like I do NOT want your product and I don't want your auto-shipment. This company probably makes most of their money based on the fact that consumers will miss the return deadline and have NO recourse for a refund. We never knew what hit us. I love a shopping online but will remember to only use reputable businesses. I'm glad I'm getting a new card number because I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to charge me next month.
